Hello, thanks for watching! We can recommend some really good lenders that can help you break down those numbers to see what would best fit your house buying goals! Homes in Golden Gate Estates have no HOA so that is a big plus! Please feel free to reach out any time ! Tamara - 239-241-3070 Emily - 239-351-1799
@@Jo-me2zb Flood insurance is much lower on new construction homes. If you're financing through a lender, we can get you touch with lenders who can help with getting you an estimate on flood insurance. Many homeowners (without a mortgage) do not even get flood insurance at all in many cases due to the higher elevation of the newer homes and depending if in a flood zone or not. But it's always up to the homeowner if they are paying cash for a home but still want flood insurance. Hope that helps!
