Those that you mentioned Charin, Ezquibel, came into this country well advance their careers. The ballet companies want young stars. On the other hand, there are many other ballet dancers that didn't STAY and are doing VERY WELL in foreign companies and the USA. I guess you must be part of that govermental apparatus.

Yes I agree 'people" should seperate art and politics.. too bad she never did. Nor has the Cuban Government. It has a legacy of intermixing and skewing art for its politcal benefit. You CANNOT tallk of art in Communist Cuba without the impact of the Dictatorship.. its impossible. Regards
