michigan got abused in this video
Couldn't happen to a better school
That’s because they deserve it
Wait why
if most of these plays were not recorded i would not believe them!!
Cause they suck
I watched the Texas vs USC game that night. The first national championship I ever stayed up to watch
Watched this as a 6th grader in LA, almost got jumped the next day at school since I'm a Horns fan 😂🤘
i was only 1 years old 😎
would have been funny if number 1 was Brent Mussberger drooling over McCarron's girlfriend.
Right!😂
lol
Teenie Weenie Mussolini well LSU wasn't putting up much of a title game lol
You mean Notre Dame
Like half of these were against Michigan lol
That's because he's a bitch, Ohio State fanboy.

how is the 2013 iron bowl not in the top 3?
Yeah I thought it might be number 1
same i remember it like it nwas yesterday i was on the eedge of my seat,20 sec later yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,and in the basement (at grandmas)i hear noooooo!!!!!
because better plays were there instead.
Plus Vince Youngs 4th and 5 won them Championship, I know Chris Davis' took Auburn to the Championship game with that return, but they didn't win it, I would have put it at #2 just becuase of that.
1 was trash lol he just ran in the inzone, it hardly deserved number 1
It's saddening that Vince young and Reggie bush as dominant as they were had forgettable nfl careers
Joseph S Reggie Bush is a Super Bowl champion and lead the NFL in total yards several times. I haven't forgot that
OSNs Nappy Hair Trimmings but Vince Young declared bankrupt a few years ago. As a huge horns fan growing up in Austin, Texas. Vince Young probably was the best dual threat quarterback in the history of college. They have gameplay footage of the opponents defense hitting Vince Young, but no one tackled him. I think out of the 3 years he played for Texas, he was sacked 2 times when he got hit in the pocket 30 times.
Vince Young was a pretty awful pro, but Reggie had a really good career. Hall of Famer? No. But pretty damn good for a number of years.
Vince Young played in an Era where the defense wasn't up to par. I mean look at that class and look at the two classes ahead and the two before that. Who in any of those classes has had what you would consider a hall of famer much less any name you could recall from it that you remember now?
to be fair though Reggie Bush has 1 ring (new orleans superbowl) and career lasted longer than most running backs so wasn't forgettable. dominant no it wasn't. but was decent. VY wasn't a wash...but was very disappointing definitely.
"4th and 5 the national championship on the line" gives me chills
which one was it? 1-50

The greatest sport in the world. Another Amazing video
Thanks Coach!
Great video! The #1 is definitely #1.....Vince Young and the Texas Longhorns beating the DYNASTY of USC after sooooo much talk about how USC would destroy Texas! Best college Championship game I have ever watched hands down!
I saw it live too.!! Amazing game. My favorite being a Michigan fan was like 2007 when everyone said florida shouldn't have even been allowed to go against Ohio state for the championship and all the Ohio state fans at my high-school were laughing about what a blowout it would be and florida pulled it out. It was a good game and I've never seen so many players have to be taken off injured . It made me a life long florida fan too cause it was so sweet seeing all the crybaby at school the mext day who said florida would be a low out. Hahahaha
Vince Young had the greatest performance of all time in College Football history.
This video is the 50 most MEMORABLE Moments, not 50 best plays. These were chosen based off of the significance, the timing, the call, and overall what a lot of people remember. What's your most memorable CFB moment?
I love your college football videos and I can't wait for the season to start. Thank you
Michigan Michigan state by far. Announcer made it 10x better
+Richard Nixon the voice crack though lol
Notre Dame's last second goal-line stop against Stanford.
+Seth Eason yep. One of the best calls I've ever heard
Those Boise State Fiesta Bowl plays....chills
Both of those Boise State vs. OU Fiesta Bowl moments should've been in the top 5.
that iron bowl a few years back gives me goosebumps every time I watch it
Ok #9 is wayyy too low for the 2007 Fiesta Bowl. The game was changed that day and gave legitimacy to non-Power 5 schools. IMO it should be #1 but at the very least top 3
Dan Kweed I'll agree with that one.
I think it proved that the Mountain West is a dominant Conference, which again could be proven by the fact that TCU went 14-0 years later.
howard baxter Boise was in the wac
Top 5 for sure best plays ever.
Dan Kweed That’s how under estimated Boise State is I’m a Boise State dan and season ticket holder and we are way under estimated in the years
This might have been the greatest thing I've ever seen
Thank you for watching!
Harris Highlights Doug flutie lives in my town

this may be the best highlight package I've ever seen. great work
Thank you!
That #1 play still hurts as a USC fan. That single play seemed to mark the topple of the Trojan dynasty
Slade Mosher If it makes you feel any better the same thing kind of seemed to happen to Texas with Colt McCoys injury in the national championship four years later
Zeth Nash and who will end sabans dynasty. Only time will tell.
The Saban Dynasty will surely end one day. The man won't live forever, of course. Only time will tell when it will end, but if that time comes tomorrow it will have been the greatest dynasty of all time. Just to put it into perspective, the "Trojan dynasty," if you can even call it that, consisted of one national championship. The only dynasty that's even comparable to the great Coach Saban's is the legendary Coach Paul Bryant's. The question that was once "who is the all-time 2nd greatest college football coach after Bear Bryant," is now "who is the 3rd greatest college football coach, behind Saban and Bryant?' The unbelievably dominant coaches of the Crimson Tide are so far ahead of everyone else it's not even funny. To even mention either one of their incredible runs along with other teams that only won a single championship, such as Mack Brown's Longhorns or Pete Carroll's Trojans, is somewhat disrespectful to the Bama greats, and laughable to any real, honest college football fan. Like many other successful college football coaches before them, Brown and Carroll had some really good teams. However, Coach Paul Bryant and Coach Nick Saban led dynasties. No one else ever has or ever will compare to the legends of the Tide. Coach Bryant made the game great, Coach Saban made it great again, and you are very fortunate to be able to watch the great game that they made. You need to be thankful for the opportunity they've given you, and you need to put some respeck on their names. Thank you, and God bless Alabama football. Roll Damn Tide. Amen
It actually did not to be an asset or anything but I mean was has USC done since then? Also what has Texas been since Vince Young anyways? Ya McCoy took them back to the championship 4 years later, but that game was no where near as close or as memorable to anybody because Texas was TRASH that game without him also it marked the beginning of the hated and honestly annoying Nick Saban and Alabama dynasty that nobody cares for. Trust me dude I am a TCU Horned Frog and I still look at the USC run being funner and more memorable than the Nick Saban and Alabama Dynasty. Hopefully Gary Paterson will end it soon and leave his mark sometime.
the game of the century and probably forever with all the hype and everything surrounding it. so #1 yes. Cal/Stanford #2 yes.
damn Clowney hit though...I still feel that hit ouch
3:27 lmaooo the ref's uncanny Jameis Winston impression has me dead xDxDxD
I'm so glad you noticed that! That's hilarious!
I love how there were no FSU ones, but all their blunders lmao
That Iowa / LSU game radio call will ALWAYS make me smile...
2007 Fiesta Bowl was the greatest game ever played. The storylines had storylines.
And Miami got SCREWED
Yes Miami did get screwed. It was a bad call on Miami after the ref threw the flag when the clock went zero. How do you throw a flag when the clock is at zero ? THE GAME IS OVER !!!
MIAMI WINS.......
"50 interesting plays I happened to find footage of."
if it's a big play it's easy to find footage of it tho
Larry Kile you can’t just expect him to find footage of a game from the 70s or 80s
@@brady2921 hey a GG9 fan
Where was the 2013 national championship
Yeah most of these aren't extremely memorable, just kind of cool
Texas winning the national championship on 4th down and goal against the 2-time champion USC deserves it's number one ranking. I feel bad for Michigan because they had to have the most heartbreaking losses in this video. Michigan losing to Appalachian State I think was unbelievable. Loved the Statue of Liberty play against Oklahoma because Boise State was such a underdog. Have to root for underdogs for sure. Very good video!
Kick six should be higher than 6!!!
LSU's Odell Beckham, Jr. returned a missed FG 109 yards for a TD in the first month of that same season...against the REAL University of Alabama (UAB) so Nick Satan should have known better than to attempt that FG, that one is on Saint Nick. But in the Iron(y) Bowl that afternoon, all I could think when the Auburn returner reached the Auburn 20 or 25 yard line was, "LOOK AT ALL THE FAT BOYS BAMA'S GOT IN THERE! YESSSSSSS!"
I like how people hate on Bama because they are actually good at football.
@@parkerfletcher438 Of course we hate on Bama because they're good! One would be looking forever to locate any Vanderbilt Football haters and much longer in search of Kansas Football haters. When others are riding your team down it's because your team is kicking their team's butt most of the time--and kicking it mercilessly too. LSU had such a horrible run in the 1990s that the only fans dogging LSU were LSU fans. Then things turned for the better with Nick's arrival in 2000; and the Tigers haters numbers have been growing since. I've just moved back to the ATL this week after living the past 8 years in Knoxville and I know Vols fans are looking forward to having some hate slung their way. "And soon" they'll tell you too!
Vince running for the roses live is my single greatest memory of being a UT and College Football Fan

#1 i agree Vince Young carried Texas against a all time great team and they trailed 38-26 with 6 mins in that game
50+ yard field goals at the last second never end well
No. And it never will end well

The number one play is still the greatest sports moment of my life by far. That was probably the only time in my life I literally cried from happiness
What a great surprise in my feed! great video as always!
Thank you, Vince!
Number one was a great pick. I know I will always remember sitting at that bar and watching one of the best and most hyped national championships of all time...
I am from Texas just like my grandfather. However, at the time of this game, we were both living in Kentucky. I was into college football BIG TIME and USC was SOOOO dominant during this time, that have gave Texas no shot. My Grandpa, going solely on his faith in his home state, bet me that Texas would win. I took that bet in a SECOND!!!!!!!! I thought that I had it won for sure......but Vince Young COULD NOT BE DENIED!!!!!!! Best damn football game I have ever watched in my 35 years on this planet......and that includes a lot of Tennessee Vols games (where I grew up and still am a fan today).
Where's Jameis's throw to KB in the championship game?
Somehow he thinks Winston’s fumble in already a lopsided game vs Oregon is more memorable.
Jameis sucks
The call for the kick six gives me chills every single time.

CRABTREE PULLS FREE!!
The most mindblowing thing in college football history still has to be the fact that the 1995 Huskers never let Timmie Fraizer get sacked once.
And they ran the option like 20% of the time if not more 😂
@@jacksonnemecek5976i dont think it counts as a sack if the qb tucks it like they would in an option play
Of course, I wasn't alive to see "The Play" live, so it doesn't have the same memorability as Vince Young in the 2005 Rose Bowl. But that said, I think your list is accurate in that was a National Championship deciding play whereas Cal Standford was not. That 4th and 5 play has stayed with me over the years, I have since watched the highlights and replays of it but I will never forget watching Vince carefree jog to that game-winning TD. It was as if the other players were moving in slow motion and he didn't need to run, his stride and speed he knew he had the corner; made the most amazing thing I had ever seen look so damn effortless. Unforgettable moment.
Did anyone notice on #35 (5:42) the play clock was at 0 before they snapped it, so it shouldn’t have counted
MSU has a few times in its history where they get lucky clock calls...
the whistle isn't blown exactly when it hits zero because there are 10's of a second.
The clock on the screen isn't in sync with the clock on the field. Somewhere there's a video where you can see the actual game clock and Smoker spiked it with :01 still on the clock.
This highlights video is superb, one of the best I've seen. I watch a lot of football and this batch of highlights contains many that I watched in real time. You do excellent work. I especially enjoy seeing upstart teams knock off the big boys. Well done!
#6 is the True #1
thought i was the only one
Close but no way. The build up to #1 Texas USC was something you had to watch to understand the full meaning
@Wesley EP FR. And could have won another Championship against Bama if Colt McCoys soft ass Dad didn't pull him out of the game. And Bama Hardly even won considering Garrett Gilbert was an absolute Freshman going against the best team.
But yeah USC v UT was a ridiculous game, I got jumped the next day at school in Southern California since I was the only UT fan 😂
I can never help but smile when I hear the crowd react to Ricardo Louis catching the pass against Georgia. It's just such a beautiful sound to hear!!!
Johnny Football will always be one of the most fun to watch players ever. Sure he wasn't the kind of QB you need in the NFL. But it was damn amazing to watch him play at his peak.
RIP Rod Bramblett. War eagle!!
This is a good list. This is missing James Street's pass to Randy Peschel. No. 1 Texas v. No. 2 Arkansas in 1969. Game defining moment for the National Championship. I am sure others may fit the bill as well.
my take before I watch:
1) Every time a team miraculously defeated Alabama in the past decade will be on here.
2) There will be 4 plays from the past 3 championships: OJ's kick-six and the surprise onside kick from 2015, the second missed OPI from 2016, and the 2nd and 26 from 2017.
3) Ohio State's failed 4th down ref conversion should be on here but probably isn't.
4) I'll realize halfway through that I already watched this but continue watching anyway because Harris Highlights knows how to make a highlight reel.
wow i was very wrong turns out a lot of cool stuff happened before 2000
45 and 44 what a roller coaster of emotions for Michigan fans
Excellent video @Harris Highlights. My only critique is that you completely forgot about all those FSU-MIAMI missed FGs when they were perennial top 5 teams! Those wide rights ('91, '92 and '2000) defined an era in college football and are definitely among college football's most memorable moments. I would've included all of them in one shot, somewhere in the top 10 if not top 5. Otherwise, great work. I really enjoyed your video. Thanks so much.
Auburn has the hypest plays. You have to respect them regardless of who you side with.
Because they are perennial underdogs lol
Still cant believe they lost to FSU. They looked like a team of destiny
It just shows how unbelievably lucky they are. For them to beat a team like Bama it usually takes a miracle.
As a Bama fan I must agree
What team has beaten bama more often than Auburn in the Saban era?
As a Notre Dame fan I could watch #1 over and over all day
Add the 2016 Tennessee Hail Mary to this list
Regan 03 no
I kept looking for it myself
Nah
These plays are what make college football the best thing ever
Pretty shocked Eric Crouch's 99 yard touchdown run vs. Missouri wasn't on here. That's insane from anyone let alone a QB.
But By Far One of the Best Highlight films ever, Harris just on another level
Thank you, I truly appreciate it!
Where was Miami vs Nebraska 83 when we stopped them on the 2 point conversion
I'm a Nebraska fan and I agree this should be here. Osborne went for the victory and came short. If they would have taken the tie, they likely would have won the National Title still.
They can't air it on RUclips, due of Copyright infringement
The background makes it way more epic 🔥🔥🔥
The fact that you make these amazing highlight tapes and don't get paid for it blows my mind you deserve to but i get your reasons. Respect bro
I appreciate that bro, truly do!!
I'm glad the BSU one made it on there because that was such an underdog game and it was great to watch that happen.

as a usc fan, tell my why I had a feeling that that fucking play was gonna be #1 smh
As a USC fan as well, there's no other more memorable play than that one, sadly.
Lol I feel ya. it's just kinda embarrassing ha
As a Longhorns fan, #1 was probably the greatest moment of my life! USC has a lot to be proud of though, 2 national titles AND 2 heismans in two years, along with a 34 game win streak. Can anyone say D-Y-N-A-S-T-Y?
Yeah I was like 6 and just started watching football as a USC fan so yeah my first football memory is Vince young tearing us apart lmao
+Ian mustazza That sucks man, you just missed the peak of their football program. I didn't start watching football until around 9, just in time to see Colt McCoy hurt his arm in the 2010 National Championship (2009 season) and it's just been downhill ever since
Nothing but chills the whole time. Great video 👍👍.
Tommy Fraziers run is #41... one of the greatest runs in college football ever, thats a joke lmao
It should be a lot higher
In #41, the QB breaks 8-9 tackles to score. In #40, the runner was basically untouched on his way to scoring, Uh, which play was better?
2013 iron bowl should be number 4

Wow, thanks Caleb!
Those 2 BOISE ST calls are the greatest plays in COLLEGE football considering the circumstances 4th and 18 and statue of liberty for the 2 points
For all that want to argue if Auburn or Michigan State is more lucky, just look at this
Auburn was at #47, 26, #6, & had a play against them at #15
Michigan State had #35, #31, #21, #17 & #45 against them.
Analysis: Michigan State is luckier overall but 2013 Auburn is the most insanely lucky team of all time.
2 plays back to back games in 2013....even though they lost to Florida State that was more memorable than Cam Newton winning 5 years previous

Why are people saying that the 2013 iron bowl was luck. He literally ran a 100 yard touchdown. I can agree with you on the AU vs GA game but not the iron bowl.
Was lucky to be at two of the games on the list, Ricky Williams run to break Dorsett's rushing record on Thanksgiving Day against A&M, and Eddie Fuller's catch in the end zone against Auburn from Tommy Hodson.
I understand "The Play" being #2 to Vince Young/Texas #1, the background of it all makes it a wild moment. Check the ESPN 30 For 30 on USC, it builds the hype for that one moment.
underdog taking down the powerhouse villain, doesn't get much more storybook than that, that single play marked the end of a corrupted dynasty
Texas is not exactly an "underdog", it was more like one powerhouse villain taking down a slightly stronger powerhouse villain
Just Griffin Being a strong program doesn't make you a villain, villain is always the best team that everyone hates (Bama)

One of the more underrated moments in the history of college football: in the year of upsets (App State over Michigan, Pitt over WVU, etc.), Harbaugh’s Stanford team upset USC. That last TD by Stanford or the interception should be on this list. It pretty much ended USc’s dynasty and also put Stanford back to relevancy. Before that upset, Stanford used to be awful.
The standford game was also AT usc, which I believe they had a 38 home win streak at the time
I was thinking what could the #1 play be...and as soon as I saw it I was like "YEEESSSS!" That play was amazing. 4th down no time left, championship game, clash of titans....it was amazing....and I was cheering for USC
When Arkansas beat Ole Miss last year in over time on the 4th and 25 lateral play by Hunter Henry.
- You should have included that play
Great video! Thanks for the work you put into this.
number 8 makes me tear up
One of the finest Purdue performances I was able to witness on here at #25. Holding the national champions to 3 points for four quarters before finally succumbing to Krenzel and Jenkin's clutch play.
I remember leaving the stadium thinking, "There's no shame in losing like that!"
If only our offense was any good that year...
You’re so lucky to have been there for that. Osu fan here and that clutch play was a “where were u when that happened “ moment. I’ll never forget it as I was watching with my girlfriend and she threw her hands up as crenzel threw it while I was ready to burst at the Seam with nervousness. Purdue defense was AMAZING that year. Almost nobody can say they held osu to 3 pts late in 4th. What a game
@@RosscoFAM, I was in the student section for Holy Toledo as well. That's the one I like to remember...
;)
Same kind of feelings, I suspect. Morales wasn't known for having the best hands so when Brees launched the pass, we all saw who it was and we were nervous...but then he caught it and I remember jumping in the air but my view over the fans not changing because everyone else jumped too.
Beating Ohio State is a big deal these days...and doing it to take command of the Big10 was the best Purdue moment lately.

they can't have plays that actually determined the outcome of several seasons or a national championship game.
That definitely shouldv'e been there, along with George Teague's strip in the '92 national championship game for Alabama. Tua's overtime pass to beat Georgia will also have to be on the new one, but I'm sure it will be.
