The two persons that get instructions speak very easily and the instructions that they give are very important to be able to pass an interview in a different language from yours. Terrible answer to the question: where do you see yourself five years from now? HR is not looking for someone to start their own business outside the company. You always want to focus your learning and grow inside the company you are applying to.
I understand your point but sometimes it is better for the interviewer to realise that the person being interviewed is not constrained by paying lip service to the organisation. What is wrong with being honest?

I just have had a phone interview to see my English level for a job (upper intermediate). This video helped me but the interviewer didn’t ask me any of them! There are other questions: ¿What do you like most about your job? ¿What do you do in your job? ¿and in your previous one? ¿Why are you applying? ¿and why do you think it’s a big opportunity? Very useful video thanx so much for all these tips finally I have passed my interview job ..I really don't know how to thank you guys both of you.. but the problem was during my interview time my hands were shaking and my legs as well and I was a bit nervous about answering the questions well I was trying to stop myself but I couldn't anyway thanks god everything went well 🙏🙏
