I am not seeing all you've shown on mine. I'm using chrome and I've had nothing but challenges with this zotero. I'm writing my proposal and it's nothing but hell for me. All these 'Add-ons' aren't showing on mine. It's crazy!

If you are have difficulties in installing Zotero using Chrome, use Firefox. If the Zotero plugin does not display in Word automatically after installation, here is a more detailed tutorial on how to manually install the Zotero Word processor plugin:
