    I just made these for 7 people. Everyone loved it, probably the best ever. Full of good flavour. I marinated it for a couple hours before cooking.

    I am sorry, how long was this marinaded for and what is the exact time for cooking for the medium rare, just like in the vid? Thank you.

      Hey Jane... Follow the recipe here: dadsthatcook.com/recipes/bbq-lamb-chops/
      Get your grill at 575* put lamb on each side for 5 mins... marinade we suggest longer over night but in a pinch at least 1 hour.

      It's always RAW until you grill it! That was Medium Rare... perfect. But totally up to you how you like yours done! Cheers Jason

      It doesn't... but it's a show about highlighting other Dads food! Ed was the first to be on the show and he's a close high school buddy of mine! They are the best lamb chops ever... you need to add his chimichurri with it!

    No chef worth his salt is going to serve you lamb chops with the meat done but the fat is under-rendereded. Render the fat first then cool the meat.
