Very much applicable in outr jurisdiction even though we only try to impress a lone judge and needing to make the latter understand our story..
Yes in those jurisdictions the judge and the jury are one in the same.
The same principles apply, namely, one fact per leading question. Your story should have an end goal. I always start from the end goal and work backwards.

The 12 Juries and each individual man and woman is a jury, each jury is law upon himself or herself, they have to listen to the evidence and the lawful laws or constitutions being used, and then each individual man and woman are the Judge and judge the facts and the laws and constitutions being used, no one may interfere with any jury remembers as this is a Judge/s, of the case, that also means the The man or woman sat upon the beach, claiming to be Judge so and so... this is fraud, as he or she is acting as Trustee, he cannot tell a jury what laws and what evidence is permitted or not, this will be then seen as jury tampering, as the jury has the right to all information's and evidence...
nor can anyone direct the jury in anyway... this is all 100% facts... many have been mislead... to think in a different way.. anyone tampering with any jury in any way, is a BIG NO NO... you can get life in prison or unlimited fines or both. so no jury has to listen to the man or woman sat upon the bench, claiming to be a Judge... this is so not true in so many ways... you the jury hold the ultimate power yielding it with in a honorable way with integrity... and be a good soul and use your head and your heart correctly... you can look at my RUclips and find Jury Nullification.. this explains everything to you... and who you are... as a jury... your first protocol is to protect your fellow man or woman in the dock... you the jury can ask for anything into a question that no one has asked yet... you the jury have so much power and authority in the court room...
The jury has the power to scrap meaning to nullify any law/s that does not serve nor protect the people and their property, and bring out or use the Original lore's of England... words used are very important in a case...as these can seen when you do not fully understand what the word "Driver" means... its not what' we was all lead to believe... you have to be clued-up on the subject matter, your dealing with, these men and women are all cleaver with words... just keep a sensible head keep to fact only, and the evidence and find the simple truth.

'i, learned everything by questioning everything and then research things for myself, this internet is a huge endless supply of information's of all kind, its like an endless Library of all kinds of information's what ever you looking for with many many different types of Dictionaries our there... every word has its own meaning in most case's it has many meaning to it, depending on the word being used within a context of a sentence, and what Dictionaries are being used, There is LEGAL, UCC, CANON, MARITIME, CIVIL, thee are all Commercial Dictionaries, the Blacks law Dictionary 4TH Edition is a LEGAL Dictionary but it explains it in Laymen Terms, meaning the common Folks us we the people our native natural language - with no hidden meaning behind it, as theirs's are all Commercial one do have many hidden meaning behind theirs bullshit languages, when you get a document, is it with a Title like Mr, Mrs, Miss, and so on, and not Master or Mistress as it should be, and your name should be on the right, and not on the left of all these documents, as Debtor go on the left and the Creditor goes on the right hand side of these documents, and its is we the people who are all the creditors... when you work yu are getting your own money from your won Trust,,, and they are or seek control over it all, not many are informed of these facts, not anyone has ever been taught these facts, by anyone, all has been withheld suppressed and concealed from everyone... those who seek shall find it, it all depends on how bad you want it, there is a lot of reading researching sitting there and really thinking and pondering it all to what you have seen with your own eyes, reading, listen to, watching and then deciphering everything, from the simple truth to fiction that everyone is living in an illusions of the Matrix... that these Corporate whores have created, and ha lied cheated and betrayed everyone for their own greedy gain and selfishness of Control... and like the Gestapos they are still at it ... and wanting our Trust estates... many in fact... with millions upon millions within it... every baby every born has their own private trust,,, this is worldwide in every country... so every Public servants is a Public Whores all pretending to be Public servants yet none ever bey ay laws nor any constitutions... when each one is not even Legally trained meaning in Commerce's, theses are in all Courts and Constables or Sheriffs offices, and even the G4S Security Guards the EU GESTAPO POLICE... none are trained in any real laws not even their own... there all say, I AM JUST DOING MY JOB, or I AM JUST FOLLOWING MY ORDERS... go ask in any court buildings, are their LEGALLY Trained or even Lawfully Trained in lawful ancient native people laws and constitutions... and see what they say...
