Hey cool video thanks, I have a question how much narrow both are ? Can someone get stuck there ?
I don't know like specifically the length of the narrowest point in either canyon, but no you're not going to get stuck! And you have a guide with you the entire time

Yes you can take pictures. They're a little weird about taking videos for some reason.. but I still took a bunch, lol.

What are the peak hours to see the rays in lower canyon?
I believe early morning around 7-10 am and afternoon around 2-4pm is the best. Double check the websites though they have more info!
