Scuba Diving Under Deception Pass Bridge, Dive

A beautiful day for a Scuba Dive at Deception Pass in Washington State. Deception Pass is one of the top destinations for scuba diving in the Pacific North West. Known for high currents and turbulent water, Deception Pass is one of the most advanced dives in the PNW which requires timing water current changes to be in the water at the time when it's moving the slowest.
