- Cactus Fruit or Prickly Pear or Nagfani is the edible fruit of the cactus plant. It is grown and eaten around the world including India where ayurveda also mentions the benefits of eating cactus fruit.
It is said to have benefits like anti inflammatory properties, treating diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, hangovers.
In India is is also grown around the crop fields as they act as a fence and protects the crops from other animals.

Get your secondary school certificate and take admission in any reputed clunary Arts collegeا get your diploma and step in five star, if you cannot afford fee, simply after getting secondary school certificate visit any five star hotel ask them for apprenticeship training, they will hire you because they always need, you will be practically chef in 36 months, they will rotate you in all the kitchens and you will learn everything and every cosine including butcheries, bakery, they will give you certificate and you will call professional chef. ..

Well, I have tried it in my childhood , there was huge cactus 🌵 near graveyard at old well (budha kokh), one of my childhood friend picked and pealed, it was a really good experience for us, you reminded me that moment.....
There was an old guy who stopped us to eat by saying don't and never ever eat this fruit because it's poisonous. ... But I had already done! He made me scared that you will die tonight....... That was too hard for me.... ... In short I am still alive.....

Sir the ripe fruit which is red in color is very tasty and sweet. When we eat it our mouth becomes nice dark pink. Childhood we enjoyed it in summer holidays when we visited our native place.
