I am in awe with the immense variety of plants and fruits that you can make such appetizing recipes! You can never starve and your brother loves his rice. Rain or shine you go Sro!
After watching this clip, I have cooked these flowers by stir frying with oyster sauce and it tastes so delicious!!! I can't believe it could be this good.
“Let rain diminish their spirits”.. so strange to me. Rain has always made me so happy. I’ve never understood when ppl complain about rain. It’s like saying you don’t like delicious food. So strange to me. 🩷🌧️
Oh, yes in my province from philippines we used to eat rhis flower of the cactus we get it near the sea along our way to the sea it grows also in the sand

Best things you need to do is when you used to put in foods to cook, you have to translate or write on English,?because not only your people watching it? 😊
I like to juice my San Pedro cactus. Just look online for dosage first. I would take a medium sized dose to start with. If you dehydrate the tea down using a fan and mild heat off a slow cooker you get a paste. And it's much easier to take that than drink the bitter tea.
Its surprise to me, I never knew its an eatable.
Nature is always helping us, we never respect.
Thank you so much, giving good recepie.
God bless you
