Do you start scratching with on the one beat of the record on the opposing turntable of the controller or does it even matter? No video I've watched expressed this.

hey Serato Team just got my djms7,
I’ve got an issue with dvs. when Keylock is switched on. The sound of the scratch interrupts and it’s inaccurate. Sounds very Bad especially when I move the platters slow.
When I turn keylock off it‘s all good, But i need in most cases the keylock
Please help me !
