@@jameswalton8927 There's basically three materials you can use. Timber is heavy and limited to a square-ish shape. Steel framing with sheet metal rivetted to it is strong, but not particularly light. Fiberglass 100% waterproof, easily made into a flowing, aero shape, and if no framing is used, the lightest of all. I will probably follow the methodology I used making my buggy's body work - make a curved shape out of electrical conduit & chicken wire, and drape 2 inch foam rubber over it. Then I'd apply fiberglass , so the foam would stick to the fiberglass, giving me an insulated inside surface. If that was not wanted I would use a layer of builder's plastic sheet as a separation agent, because fiberglass won't stick to that. ruclips.net/video/TgIgyZ2FOJA/видео.html
I prefer an open center car trailer for when I need to work on the vehicle in the pits. (In my case, a sled pulling truck)
