    The tutorial is very good, but the pfsense screens are extremely difficult to see. Not sure if you can change to a colour scheme with more contrast and perhaps zoom the screen in more.

    How did you get the virtual IP

      You need to buy from the service provider if you want it for public facing internet

      @@sumitnick4 i already have the Live IP , which my ISP provided me , which is of /29 range . do i need the virtual Live IP

      @@asarkhan1933 you can use one of the IP from /29 as virtual IP

      @sumitnick4 Hopefully this is not too dumb a question: On my pfSense interface, I see a gateway IP address and a WAN IP address, which are different. Is the gateway address what you are referring to as the virtual IP address? I am attempting to make this work to allow access to a game server running on a VM inside my network.

      virtual IP is the external ip that source will use to access the internal server .gateway is not the virtual IP address. virtual IP could also be the ip configured on WAN interface , if there are no NAT pool purchased
