Please elaborate on how you do the flat spin toss from under your leg. Any tips on how to pop it up flat and spinning?

Aloha Ora, The flat spin happens when you LIFT the baton out of your hand turn your fingertips to the sky and allow the baton to float UP off of them. This is why I place my receiving hand UP above me. That helps me practice LIFTNG the baton up out of my hand rather than letting it fly sideways. Reach your arm in as far as you can through your leg before letting go of the baton. For it to spin you simply turn your fingers and wrist as you would in a regular flat toss. Hope this helps....
