Clear your plate I think just means put the leftover food in garbage then put in sink

Yes!! Re-think this one, my daughter same age brings her plate and takes her plate and fork, cup from the dinner table to the kitchen next to the sink, this will be a great future cleaning training!

This video is a vibe. I think more people then one realises are right there with you and it is so nice to see someone sweet and great talking about it. Best of luck on your journey! You're amazing, even if it doesn't always feel like that to you 💟

Saw the thumbnail and wondered how Arrow grew up so quickly. 😂
It made much more sense when watching that it was your Mom!
Loved the outro of this video and hope you can get back to feeling good again. ♡

As one mom to another I think you’re doing amazing!!! You remind me of me. I can tell you care sooo much for arrow and it shows. I’ve been a supporter since the beginning and I’m so grateful for your raw truth as I also suffer from anxiety and depression. I also think your a great editor which I know zero about lol I’m but a lonely sbux barista but it’s so fun to watch you evolve. I loved the scene of you reading to your daughter and personally loved this music you chose and the scene of you listening to it. Keep on keeping on mama !! ❤

You deserve to be happy ❤ I lost myself during 6 years and I started to love myself again after a while, thanks to cbt and routines (ssri didn't worked for me), even if this journey through hell was way too long ! I hope you will love yourself in a bit and be (with arrow) the main character of your life again ❤ full love from Montréal ❤❤❤

Got a chore chart similar to this. I found it good for establishing a morning routine but it wasn't long before my daughter fell into it and now just does the chores as part of her routine so I stopped using it. Also I got my child to pick her reward which was essentially extra play time with me so easy to do and no need to up the anti with rewards.

Thanks for opening up about medications and side effects too many times I just think people are ashamed and then don't discuss it so we as moms feel less adequate because we needed to reach out for help medically and it's all because it's not talked about 😢

You should read about behavioral parenting and objectivist parenting.. Studies show that rewarding children for certain behaviors is actually really unhealthy and will teach them that they should only desire to complete something that ensures validation is to follow! Some of the smallest things we think are great for our kids actually leads to unhealthy adult behaviors!
Behavior parenting is typically what society normalizes but the under lining of that is that parents are controlling their children by rewarding good behaviors in hopes it continues and disapproving bad behavior in hopes that it stops. That teaches kids to suppress bad behaviors, internalize them and seek to do things that bring validation. Just sharing my own opinion but reward charts really breed into that idea and I can see it turning so negatively for lots of children

Love your content. But i wish more people understood how terrible better help is and how it’s just a money grab. DO NOT USE BETTER HELP. I used them for over a year and the “therapists” are horrible. They straight up don’t listen, don’t offer routines, solutions anything. Even if you specify that with a therapist. I tried a few and they all sucked. Plus if your therapist cancels or misses a session, they don’t refund you, they just offer an extension of membership. I travel a lot and don’t have time for that. Happened to me a bunch and it’s really unprofessional. they aren’t available 24/7 because contacting your therapist is at their discretion so if that’s a selling point for you, waste of money. All they did was take my money and waste my time. I feel bad for those who have no other option and can’t afford anything else. I just hope people realize why all the comments on their ads on tik tok are disabled and you can’t leave reviews anywhere. Stay away. It is more useful to see a therapist once a month that actually knows what they are doing vs someone who is going to waste time once a week. That is all.

i love you and your videos! however i am so sick of people supporting better help… it’s horrible! there are actually so many bad reviews on it and i personally know a couple people who tried it out and it’s a complete money grab.. please look into your sponsors before taking them.
