The only ones I got was Barbados cos I know it's the one that sticks out and Dominica by a complete guess. I kept guessing somoa over and over because its like the only Pacific island I could remember

36/46 I just don’t know the Antilles well at all. Thank goodness I could guess almost all the nations of Oceania. A little pop-up or zoom-in with a better map of the islands, instead of a vague oval, would have helped.

Yah, Some African countries are in fact much more familiar for me, due to the geopolitics. I bet a Us naval chief could point out Djibouti immediately since Djibouti hold strategic international waterway, and many countries place Overseas Bases there.
100% however most of the islands in Oceania are in the wrong place,
They are all much further east and there is a lot more of Tonga and the Marshall Islands.

What you should've done is make the dotted lines as borders in the Pacific and then I'd find it a lot easier. Like Seterra does.

Those Caribbean island countries, even though I know all their names, it is impossible to tell which is which.
Same for the pacific islands, i only know where is micronesia, marshall islands, tuvalu and kiribati and fiji
The fact that many of those islands aren't even sovereign nations but colonies makes it even harder

I got 31 of 46 getting completely sunk by the island nations (as expected). I’m happy to have correctly guessed at Fiji, FSM, Kiribati, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Nauru, although by that point I was going to guess Nauru until that country appeared. 😆 The Lesser Antilles were very tough too, and I missed most of those. The only mainland country I messed up was Guinea; my guess was Sierra Leone.
I confused Tuvalu with Nauru, my only weakness

I expected this to be my toughest section, and it was. I still did better than I thought in the Caribbean and South Pacific, missing only four of the 46 countries in this video. (By contrast, I only missed one country in the first 150, and even that was only because I'd confused Tajikistan with Turkmenistan.)

29, but honestly the Pacific island nations are impossible. You can’t even see any islands being circled. I knew Fiji is due north from New Zealand and Samoa is nearby, so I got those, guessed the others.
Africa kept getting some mixed up with their neighbors.
Missed Marshall Islands, Samoa, Tonga and Kiribati. It’s almost impossible to know that particular spot in the middle of a vast ocean, and I’m getting really forgetful .
One problem here is the low contrast for the small island nations. OK, I have a circle in the ocean. But what is within it? I cannot see that. I know the distribution of islands in several of these nations but can get confused by exactly where the circle is. It would have been easier if the map had zoomed in on the really small nations.

192/196 from all videos (3 mistakes here) Although.. I couldn't tell what or where fuck it shows with those northern Oceania islands so I just guessed lol. You should edit that map or it's really guess work. I can tell from the placement to each other Kiribati Nauru and Tuvalu but if you just show random white plain circle it's near impossible 😂.
