Yesterday I did one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in life, one of the things I loved most in this world, my dog a miniature pincher of 13 years had to be put to sleep because of organ faliure and other health problems. She couldn't even walk anymore and got really sick 2 days ago. Watching these Interviews with Kevin Gates actually help a lot. Kevin is a wise man. In times like this is when soldiers have to stay strong and really stand up. Stay strong for your other loved ones who are also hurt with a loss. I hate to say it like this but I've lost friends in the streets to violence and drugs but it still wasn't as hard as this. It was the closest thing I can imagine to loosing a daughter. God will help me through it and give me strength and I pray anyone else that's going through something like this will find the strength to keep pushing. 💯❤

Kevin needs to write a book, he has always spoken his truth no matter what people think, he has helped me in so many ways, I battle depression and addiction for half my life, my depression caused my addiction, I swear some nights I feel like if I fall asleep I won't wake up and I just throw on his music and it just soothes my soul!! His music is timeless!!!!

I’ve been struggling with depression for along time now.I just keep it to myself I don’t want anyone to worry about me.His music helps me a lot I feel like I’m better and I’m healing from all of my trauma. I started working on myself putting my self first loving myself and it’s been good ever since. I appreciate this interview specifically with Kevin (as I try to watch every interview he does) for the fact that you can feel the interviewers are connecting and understanding while learning. It produces a synergetic type effect. He helps bring power to the ones who get called crazy/weird by being fearless and standing in his truth.

I just started having anxiety attacks and hearing him speak on it makes me feel a whole lot better we are all traumatized from something and we have to heal from our traumas so that we can be Great Men Peace and Blessings to everyone who's going through something

From west Monroe Louisiana but.. From stranger than fiction deep in my addiction all the way to.. just got out of rehab and I’m sober.. GATES YOU HAVE GROWN US SO MUCH!! Your words in my mind just beating in my head to help time pass in institutions, behavioral to be exact.. your voice in my heart and mind got me through and helped me to pass those negative thoughts and gets me out of my ahead. A lot of times just writing lyrics of my favorite songs like radio or angel just writing the lyrics would help me and put me in a better vibrational frequency
