      ​@@bizarrebudgie3589 They reproduce like crazy and more will hatch soon after. These things don't live long at all so I don't Sea Monkeys would be good for you to get since they naturally die off quite frequently.

    One time I asked my parents for sea monkeys and my dad went on ebay and accidentally bought what are called Triops which are related to sea monkeys(I think) but they get like ten times bigger lol we forgot about the tank for a few days as nothing hatched.. One day I went to check on them and saw these massive aliens swimming around!!! It was the coolest surprise ever!!! Lol 😯👽🙊

      I have had triops before but they are kinda cooler than sea monkeys to me just bc they are a little bigger and apparently thought to be some of the oldest known creatures that are still around this day!!

      I mean artemia (brine shrimp, sea monkeys, sea dragons, etc) DO have like 10 legs so I'm sure they can muscle their way out of it 😂

    Can you make a video showing different packages and what they do such as banana treat and sea diamonds? I've always had curiosity about those.

    I never had sea monkeys as a kid because I thought the toys were absolutely atrocious. As a small clild i saw the tanks and thought about how cruel they looked. I saw the sea monkeys as mini little people like in the commercials and i knew i would’ve hated being trapped in a musty box my whole life. Avoided them like the plague.
    (Tldr 8 year old me took the commercials literally and thought sea monkeys were real people just tiny)

    Noo, that is not good. Mine are doing really well now. They will be two weeks old on Thursday 21st July. I use the pippete to give them oxygen every day and I fed them a small spoon of food every couple of days. I give them plenty of daylight. They look very happy and I swear, when they see me pearing at them, they do littles flips 🙂

    Ah, sea monkeys in the 90s. I have fond memories of them. The packet of food they gave you with the starter pack would run out after a few weeks and you could never buy the food separately. Google didn't exist so you couldn't find out what else you could feed them, would beg parents to make them buy you another starter kid so you can use the food from that set. They would say no. The sea monkies died. Fun times 😂

      @@vroomvroomcar9534 They’re basically the same thing. In fact the term ‘Sea Monkey’ is a bit misleading because they don’t just live in the ocean. The Great Salt Lake in Utah of the USA has a huge population of them.

    Artemia daddy we just accidentally killed all our sea monkeys at 7 days old. It was our first ever batch I think we overfed them. Thanks. BTW I like your videos and I've subscribed :)

    I was getting really sick of getting my finger wet every time I squashed sea monkeys, this invention will make it 10x easier! I'll have so much more time in the day, and my wife will come back!

    I HAD THIS!! The hugest problem wasnt actually that it would crush the sea-monkeys, the manual told you not to squeeze hard, only lightly so the food would spill out of the divers basket.
    The problem with this is that bacteria and mold would grow because of putting the diver in/out without being cleaned properly would almost always cause an infection and kill all your sea monkeys.

    I had sea monkeys when I was a kid.....unaware that in the package, were live creatures. The one that I was given was an alien planet sea monkey tank. I left them in the brand new packaging for YEARS, thinking I would get around to them eventually. My sister found it in my drawers, wanting to see what it was. When she opened it and noticed that nothing was happening, she got mad at me for killing them.

      If well cared for they can live for up to 4 months :) haha yeah it survived, they're hardy lil things

      @@pico-cosmos That long? I'm glad it survived. I found some kits on Amazon. Since I remember wanting one when I was a kid (I'm 51 now) but I don't remember getting one. I might buy one. I'll have to check and see if anyone sells the sea monkeys separate or if I'd have to buy a new kit when they die. Unless they keep having babies to replenish the tank. I'll probably watch more of your videos first so I can keep them happy and going for as long as possible. Also, do they like sun or shade?

    Fun fact: Sea Monkeys are a different breed of Brine Shrimp. Flamingos also get their pink color from eating brine shrimp.

    My husband used to create science lessons for a charter school. Making a diver was one lesson. It involved a plastic bottle, an eye dropper and a few other things along with water. It was used to teach buoyancy.
