I just had a interview with them I’m a new CDL holder been trying to get on with Pepsi for awhile ended up just getting hired at my local beer company Pepsi would be a $20,000 yearly increase for me and its closer to home interview went great but they mentioned me having an manual restriction might be an issue do you know if Pepsi hires with manual restriction?

U need some experience! Let’s say u decided to go OTR, you’re not use to driving with a sleeper, sliding tandems, scaling, routing or hell even sliding the fifth wheel! That’s dangerous
Good luck bro. Got my CDL last week. Went on an interview yesterday for a local beer delivery company and they offered me the position today. Its a relief driver position and it decent money to start but if I stick with it I’m sure in time imma get my own route. At the same time imma get tractor trailer experience which we all know we gonna need to get access to them higher paying jobs. Mon- fri off on weekends. Also got a phone interview today with a wine distributor company. Schedule tues-fri off sat Sun Mon. So the opportunity is out there man I was scared for a Minute but things are looking up. Keep pushing brother! You got a new subscriber!

PepsiCo is an excellent company. I have years of experience in retail and I did work for PepsiCo briefly as a merchandise manager. The only reason why I left is because I was salaried and I was working 80 hours seven days a week too much.
But the delivery driver is an excellent role. It pays very well and you get loads of overtime. They are very new driver, friendly. Out of all of the soda companies PepsiCo is by far the best. I am not a fan of Coke or the others because I’ve worked with a lot of the leadership team over the years from Coke and they leave a lot to be desired. Plus the delivery drivers at Coke get paid a flat daily rate regardless of how many hours they work that is not worth it.
I just got on with them now and it is a good company! CLAIM IT and good luck to u! 💪🏾🙏🏾💯

I just applied for Pepsi in LA as well after passing my CDL it’ll be in Torrance area. I just got an email back saying “I’m still in consideration” hopefully I get an email.

These companies nowadays just concerned about smashing the interview instead of actually getting the job done. It’s sad bro at the end of the day it’s about how you work regardless of experience. There’s lots of people getting jobs simply because of a great interview but at the same time there are people who might not do that well on the interview who are better at the job than people they decide to hire. And people wonder why the turnover rate is so high.
How long did it take to get an interview after you applied?

They paid $23 a few years ago. I wonder what they pay now! You might bring home about $1200/ week. Work like a dog though! My best friend worked for them a while after he and I left Western Express!
Pepsi is a great company I worked local with them for over a year. Great company terrible pay though and it’s the worst job I’ve ever had lol maybe I can blame that on the person who created my routes though I absolutely hated it

Pay is not good four hours worked do some math hours worked divided by actual pay your looking at some were in between 20 to 25 an hour.

Here I ll do some math 25hr x 40=1000 = 52000yr👎
So 25hr x 40= 1000. 10hours of overtime on top of that with there Chinese over time 12.50 x 10= 125+1000=1125 = 58500yr. 👎 yes you get some case money what 14~18cents a case not worth it all and probably more than 50 hours so maybe 65000 a year not good money at all and just not worth it especially if you have kids who play sports because the hours you work your gonna miss most of that and in todays world you’re gonna still struggle.
Your a clown just mad and hating...I work for pepsi I work 4/10 I get 3 days off a week with my family and i make around 80-90k a year
