following this video, gajin made some balance :
- reduce top speed from max 80km/h
- reduce reloade by 1,2 second less
- reduce pen of ammo by 150 mm less
- augment the cooldown of smoke by 2 time
- balance the economy by made neccessary to made a Bl@wie to some snails after a match (+ one per kills and mulitply by 2 if win)

Why is the rooicat mttd and 105 at 9.0 even though they are better than the vextra the vextra needs to be 9.0 cause its slower and its round is mid reload mid and survivability is mid and its round loves to do nothing have the dam time

what on earth are you talking about? The Vextra has a better power-to-weight ratio (much more important then max speed), has a significantly better round then what the US has at 9.3 and a significantly better round then what the Type 16 (P) has, it has a better reload then the M1128, its survivability is good and its round loves to do significantly more then M735....
The Rooikat 105 is undertiered as is the MTTD.
