I have a million miles behind that engine. My absolute favorite big truck motor. The harder you work it the harder it works. They just have crazy torque. The other thing I like about them is the motor falls off a little slower between gears than a Cummins or a Cat. I guess since I learned on one I always liked the 1/2 second longer pause between gears. Ever time I drove a Cat or Cummins I would scuff the gears for a day or 2 before getting use too. Anyone else do the same thing? Your right too. You can tell when one pulls up next to you they have a sound of their own. To bad the emissions shit in 07forced them to stop production. Damn sad day we let them get pushed out by the tree huggers.
The attention to detail and effort that these guys put into their stuff is otherworldly. Anyone who shows a vehicle could learn a thing or two from the big rig guys.
Damn man, this makes me really miss my 2014 Pete 367. It was a tandem axle with a pusher, double frame winch truck with a Cummins 550/2050 and an Eaton 18 speed. I pulled a 47' winch stepdeck with it and that truck would pull a building down. There were times I wish I had more power, but even with 45-50k lbs on the trailer deck I still drove it like a 10 speed. I never needed to run through all 18 gears. It was a powerful ass busting truck and I loved it. It went to a different segment in our company. Now I drive a tandem axle Intertrashional 10 ton dump with a 40' flatbed. I'd LOVE to have something cool and custom like one of these trucks. I'd drive it like my daily.

I wonder if you can take those curvy new designed headlamps off and replace them with the classic rectangular dual lamp assemblies that have two bulbs on each side. That would look so much better to me. Those rectangular lights, or the older dual round lamps per side, are my favorites. I don't like the curved off headlamp assemblies, and I really hate the single lamp assemblies, square or round. You made a great video. I makes me wish I could get out and drive so bad, that it makes me sick to my stomach.
Its ceramic coated along with the turbski. Helps keep the heat inside the pipe and the compressor which increases the efficiency of it and helps keep the under hood temps down. It's a performance upgrade for sure.
Love the video alot of nice trucks but I feel like what's missing in the video is the money aspect cuz that cattle truck is really badass but wouldn't be surprised if they had like $300k into that rig and trailer
