Current S Preferred 2024 CX5 now with 22,200 miles , mostly highway. Love it so far. Can be tad sluggish low speed but if you need to merge on highways just move to Sport-mode and merge then click back to normal imo. Veteran of LIE / GW Bridge I95 wars
I purchsed the 2021 prefered in the same color. It's a nice vehicle. I see not much changed for the 2025 models. I'll wait for the refresh to upgrade. Still no touch screen? also, my MPG is at most 18-21. I was looking for more, but I understand it's an AWD vehicle and that's the average. The paint is also very thin and easily scratchable. And not cheap to repair. I still like my car and will keep in for 10 years.
The 2025 CX5 should have the touchscreen enabling feature in Apple CarPlay. I do miss the more smoky look 17-inch wheels that probably would’ve come on your model versus the current models.
i literally wanted this info/perspective beacue i have paltinum quartz metallic but I wanted Soul Crystal Red so bad- there were none on the lot with a sunroof available hence why I went with the Quartz. I still wish I had red but if it is more expensive to maintain then I am okay with my decision for quartz
Jonathan, Thank you for pointing out all the great features! Just got our Soul Red 2025 CX-5 yesterday and loving it!
Love this just have a question can you explain the sport button
CX-5 ❤
Love both my cx5’s
How is the seat? Is it comfortable?
Love it. Looking at the Mica Blue with white interior

When you gonna do a 2025 cx5 carbon edition?
When will the 3rd generation CX 5 come out?
Sadly Mazda decided to double down on the behemoth cx90/70 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ the cx5 should have been a new model in 2024 and not another refresh.
Is the cylinder deactivation back now? Was none on the 2024s with the chip shortage along with the horrible stop/start..
Still have the iStop. From premium trim and up. So preffered and select trims dont have it
Not on the preferred package. No cylinder deactivation nor start stop either. The other packages do have it.
Stop start is easy to deactivate. I have it and it’s a non issue.
Preferred or premium plus?

You must have a bit of a lead foot. I am consistently between 27-30 mpg with my 2021 carbon edition

They need to improve their paint, it’s not real good.
Not enough power
Same for rav4 and crv you want more power get the turbo.
Apparently Mazda will do a CX5 facelift in 2050 😂
