Now that the hotter temps are coming back in Miami I've been getting the super salty stung eyes. As a fellow bald guy I may test a headband or 2 for sweat absorbing help.
I've been a huge fan wanted to say I'm partial to Temple Tape I bought mine from Amazon. Then after a few runs with it, bought two more. Moisture absorbant for my sweaty head, quick dry, feels very soft and nice and light.
i haven't had a proper haircut since february 2020 so my hair is really long now too. i've really liked lululemon fly away tamer headband. i also have the cardio cross trainer headband which is thinner and feels stretchier
Ko, thank you for doing this, loved it! The only headbands I use are like the kind you prefer-wide up front and then narrows in the back. They are all from Lululemon ($18 I think?) but I am going to buy a pack of the ones you like. They’re great in summer to prevent sweat in your eyes.
Definitely Halo. (No, I don't get paid for this.) Wide variety of styles, and worth the look. smile.amazon.com/stores/Halo+Headband/page/BC11BD5C-F9B6-4CA5-98E1-4512AB75B95A
I have the very opposite hair problem, getting less each day!! Still a cool headband will hide my forehead and I can justify that it's stopping sweat getting in my eyes!
I have short hair but for sweat purposes and based on your preferred criteria try a Salomon sense headband. Very minimal logos, nice taper, pretty stretchy and keeps sweat out of your eyes very well. A little pricey but worth it. Someone mentioned halo headbands below as well, those are good and they may have 1 style that is tapered
I can't leave the house without a headband, my face just gets too sweaty while running so I need it to keep sweat from dripping into my eyes. I have a headband tan line on my forehead during the summer months, lol.
My favorite headband is the Salomon Sense. It looks to be very similar to the Junk one in this video. My second favorite is from Halo. It has a similar design to the Salomon, but also has Halo’s anti sweat strip feature.

I use Halo Headbands because of the rubber strip that channels my sweat away from my eyes. I’m bald too but need headbands/hats all the more for that reason!
Nice lake front views in the video today, well captured ! I use headbands on my runs, I have a few but find actually my cheapest ones that are a stretchy tech material perform the best, meaning the vaporwick and don't lock the moisture in. I have some others that are just like clothing material (still stretchy) but they build up with water and then it tends to bead water down the face. Nike Swoosh (tennis) ones are quite good too.
I haven't had a hair cut since 2/2020 and struggle with keeping my hair tied down during running. Same problem you have with a pony tail is the loose shorter hairs. Gets annoying. Going to try a couple of your suggestions. Thanks for the video on this.
Out of necessity, because of my lasik, i had to get one as well, to prevent sweat from making it's way into my eyes. So far got 2 from Compresssport and can't complain about them. They do the job well and aren't soaked after running 2 hours in the sun. But i have to admit, even though all the branding annoys the 💩 out of me, i haven't thought about just wearing them inside out 😅
It’s still early enough in the season where I’m not dealing with a ton of sweat yet. I haven’t tried running in a traditional sweatband. But I’m fairly sure I would look like I was straight out of the 80s if I did.
Headbands are amazing for any hair type even with my hair type it's amazing .. ow I'm bald . Yeah still rock a headband . They wick my pouring swear offfffff so well
I also have long hair though it is way thicker, but I really don't know about washing headbands because they get stinky but when I wash them they stretch out. How are you washing them?
I don’t feel the need to wash them each time. So far, none of mine have lost stretchiness, but I might consider rinsing them out with water after a run and letting them air dry. (Maybe hand wash briefly if they get smelly)
I wear them to keep sweat out of my eyes and to keep my glasses from sliding down my face from the sweat. I don't like wearing contacts a lot. I picked up a cheap NB band from Target.
as a bald man.., I am watching this for my runner friends, with hair.. still a thumbs up
Hahaha! That’s awesome!
Bald gang in the house

@@cdyow ... facts, for those days when a hat is too much
I’ve also been growing my hair out. I’ve been using a Nike tie headband and really like it because I can adjust how tight I tie it. Pretty cheap too
came here to see different ways to tie the headbands lol search continues

I mostly wear hats year-round but I do like the buff tech fleece headband and the lululemon fly away.
I've been growing out my covid hair as well. Been using a draped buff to keep it in control.

I use headbands almost every run; my favorite brand so far is bondi headbands. But I have had some luck with cheap ones on Amazon.

I seem to keep losing them (or misplacing them for days at a time), so I’m just going to buy a bunch
I already ordered another 3 pack of the cheap ones on Amazon
Kofuzi video topics becoming more weird by the day, but ever entertaining
Weird is right in my wheelhouse
Halo headbands (or hats), stops the sweat from dripping down into your eyes

The headbands do a decent job of masking a receding hairline
I love the lakefront path.

I love this video. I am experiencing the same issues with my hair growing
Hats or visors if it sunny, beanies in the winter or buff style bands the rest of the year!
I’ve always wanted to like visors. But I don’t think they like me. I just end up looking funny in them

Not sure why I'm watching this, since I have no hair. I guess that says a lot about your channel. Just love the content..
Thanks for the support!
Love this video...i too wanted to wear head bands but more of a sweat band. Thanks kofuzi...love all your vids.

I love my JunkBrand head bands!!!
I just came across your channel and really enjoying them. What kind of neck warmer are you using in the intro?
I use Halo Headbands because of the rubber strip that channels my sweat away from my eyes. I’m bald too but need headbands/hats all the more for that reason!
A lot of votes for Halo. I’m going to have to try that
@@kofuzi yeah sjd loves them

Does the headbands cause a funny tan line?
I sometimes wear a Montane Via visor to keep hair in place and sun out my face at the same time. Pretty nice but wish it was a little taller.

The baby hairs drive me crazy
Same bro I let my shit grow out in February 2020 after they did my last haircut dirty.
Only times I go in is to get the split ends removed.

There doesn’t seem to be any specific grip on the interior, so as long as you don’t mind the seams showing, inside out is the way to go
Which does best with sweat? Or what would you recommend for a sweatband?

I just wear hats on all my runs, but headband might be a nice alternative 🤔

Buff makes a tapered one - its what I use.

I will wash them out when I shower and hang them to dry. (If I throw them in the washer they seem to disappear 😝)
Me I like shaving my head but I dont like sweat getting on my glasses or in my eyes
8:33/mi "nice easy run" - that's my goal half marathon race pace. Feelsbadman.
It was my goal marathon race pace too

6:19 huge what...?!?! 😳😂😂
Pro tip: buy 1 regular length buff and cut it into 3 parts
Buff is too narrow of a circumference. I have about a dozen neck gaiters. None of them could work as a headband
What happen if you just leave you’re alone
Turing test fail
I need to get some headbands to hide my horrible hairline
or a hat
@@kofuzi lol ya. I always wear one to work. But just bought headbands so I hope they're good.
You lost the all black band. I could not have resisted asking if anyone has seen my Junk. Apologies - super childish 😂
Haha! Well played
😅😂😂😂
suspiciously quick dislike
The irony is that quick interaction, thumbs up or down, seem to have the same algorithmic effect
