      Now that the hotter temps are coming back in Miami I've been getting the super salty stung eyes. As a fellow bald guy I may test a headband or 2 for sweat absorbing help.

    I've been a huge fan wanted to say I'm partial to Temple Tape I bought mine from Amazon. Then after a few runs with it, bought two more. Moisture absorbant for my sweaty head, quick dry, feels very soft and nice and light.

    Ko, thank you for doing this, loved it! The only headbands I use are like the kind you prefer-wide up front and then narrows in the back. They are all from Lululemon ($18 I think?) but I am going to buy a pack of the ones you like. They’re great in summer to prevent sweat in your eyes.

    I have short hair but for sweat purposes and based on your preferred criteria try a Salomon sense headband. Very minimal logos, nice taper, pretty stretchy and keeps sweat out of your eyes very well. A little pricey but worth it. Someone mentioned halo headbands below as well, those are good and they may have 1 style that is tapered

    I can't leave the house without a headband, my face just gets too sweaty while running so I need it to keep sweat from dripping into my eyes. I have a headband tan line on my forehead during the summer months, lol.

    My favorite headband is the Salomon Sense. It looks to be very similar to the Junk one in this video. My second favorite is from Halo. It has a similar design to the Salomon, but also has Halo’s anti sweat strip feature.

    Nice lake front views in the video today, well captured ! I use headbands on my runs, I have a few but find actually my cheapest ones that are a stretchy tech material perform the best, meaning the vaporwick and don't lock the moisture in. I have some others that are just like clothing material (still stretchy) but they build up with water and then it tends to bead water down the face. Nike Swoosh (tennis) ones are quite good too.

    Out of necessity, because of my lasik, i had to get one as well, to prevent sweat from making it's way into my eyes. So far got 2 from Compresssport and can't complain about them. They do the job well and aren't soaked after running 2 hours in the sun. But i have to admit, even though all the branding annoys the 💩 out of me, i haven't thought about just wearing them inside out 😅

    • @kofuzi
      @kofuzi  3 года назад

      There doesn’t seem to be any specific grip on the interior, so as long as you don’t mind the seams showing, inside out is the way to go

    Which does best with sweat? Or what would you recommend for a sweatband?

    • @kofuzi
      @kofuzi  3 года назад +1

      It’s still early enough in the season where I’m not dealing with a ton of sweat yet. I haven’t tried running in a traditional sweatband. But I’m fairly sure I would look like I was straight out of the 80s if I did.

    I also have long hair though it is way thicker, but I really don't know about washing headbands because they get stinky but when I wash them they stretch out. How are you washing them?

    • @kofuzi
      @kofuzi  3 года назад +1

      I don’t feel the need to wash them each time. So far, none of mine have lost stretchiness, but I might consider rinsing them out with water after a run and letting them air dry. (Maybe hand wash briefly if they get smelly)

    • @jenniferr5950
