I think you mean the Wuppertaler Schwebebahn at min 4:12. An old transport system where the train hangs on the track it is about 120 years old still working.
⛑️ To enable English subtitles on a video that only has automatically generated German subtitles, follow these steps: 1. **Open the video** and click the **CC** (Closed Captions) button to activate the German subtitles. 2. Click the **gear icon** (Settings) in the video player. 3. Select **"Subtitles/CC"** and then choose **"Auto-translate."** 4. From the list of languages, select **English**. Now, the German subtitles will be automatically translated into English.
Sorry, little correction the subtitles are not generated on the original video, they are really good ones (I think from DB included). And for that reason by activating the automatically generated translation into English (like you so nicely explained), would have been really good. I made a comment for myself and used your explanation - I hope that is okay...
To be honest, the machine is from an Austrian company, Plasser & Theurer. Have a look at a longer video in English, where they explain it better: ruclips.net/video/7zsyMxRnQ68/видео.htmlsi=oOob5gkUSGGYueIs
Come on this sucks when you didn't get the facts because of the missing translation ... When there are subtitles in a foreign language available the translation into English is really okay (not like the automatic generated subs just from foreign audio). And here is how this can be activated - I thank @Patschenkino for the explanation: ⛑ To enable English subtitles on a video that has German subtitles, follow these steps: 1. *Open the video* and click the *CC* (Closed Captions) button to activate the German subtitles. 2. Click the *gear icon* (Settings) in the video player. 3. Select *"Subtitles/CC"* and then choose *"Auto-translate."* 4. From the list of languages, select **English**. They replace everything, the ground, the ballast, new cross sections plus new rails, did You see the train on the train that transports the cross sections
This is an advertisement video of DB (~ german railways) about the renewal of the train tracks to the newly build Fehmann Belt tunnel that will connect Denmark and Germany more directly, an EU project. The machinery and workflow is impressive. At the end of the ad it is mentioned that after this work the tracks to Neustadt (a small city) will get electrified. What it didn't mention, most of the connection between DK and DE won't be electrified. A person from the region pointed this out in the comments of the original video.
Ahem...that is wrong... 2 tracks and electrification are planned...I know the track, was born around the corner there and still live about 50km away...they are reconstructing about 90% of the main line, this is just the branch line to Neustadt, what will just be remade, in most parts.

They are pretty fast, too! Guy said, the machines and people are working 24/7 on the tracks ...
"sleeper" is the word, you were looking for :D

❤👍🏻
It means this whole machinery is replacing the rails about 250 meters per hour😊
