You're welcome, I'm glad my video was helpful. I'm using Pflueger Supreme 35size Spinning Reel. Personally, I like this reel. Cause, it's very light weight and strong enough to control small King too. :)
I'm did on went to tide on the Surf City Ocean into North Carolina . The Spanish mackerel were gone..late may 21-26 2016. They didn't come back in Topsail beach,NC. They Spanish Mackerel went somewhere a north new york. or into the Florida a south from the pier. I didn't got it ~ up Spanish mackerel. I have no idea for today and tomorrow.
I'm so sorry to hear that.... may be the water temperature or was raining a lot lately? if was.. then, freshwater may causing reason. However, good luck and keep following up with NC report. Thanks! !

1geemae how would the early morning bite be? I figured it would be hot as heck this time of year but after watching your videos I ordered a box of gotcha lures and want to try when I head there this week to Destin!
We've been catching a few right at dawn and about 30 minutes before dark. Other than that it's just to hot. The Tarpon crowd has been pretty thick lately, just have to get elbow to elbow with them to catch some mackerel.
yes i did hook up with some fish while there. i was using the popular bubble rig....caught a mack, and two bonitos but couldn't reel them in. the first fish was taken up by a dolphin and the next two broke off
Dear 1Geemae, I want to know the leader line, the other U-tube shows you use soft steel wire line with swivel. Do you think steel wire good for Spanish Mackel? If so, what size do you recommend? Thank you, JT.
안녕하세요..개인적으로 제가 생각하는 가장 좋은 리더라인은 모노와 필러카본이라고 생각합니다. 제가 와이어를 쓰는 이유는 간혹 모노와 카본은 와이어보다 라인이 터질경우가 빈번해 집니다. 갓차손실(하나에 5불)을 생각하면 와이어를 쓰시는게 부담이 덜합니다. 와이어는 20파운드로 쓰고있고요..모노나 필러카본라인은 30~50파운드를 추천드립니다. 감사합니다.

멀리 다른주에 살지만 잘 보고 있습니다. 저도 낚시가 취미라서.. ^^; 고기를 다 쓸어 담으시네요. 피어에서도 잘 잡히나봐요. 플로리다는.
미국 동부나 서부에 비하면 걸프연안지역은 비교도 할 수 없을정도로 고기가 많습니다. 운대가 맞으면 어느정도 낚시하시는 분이면 누구나 쓸어담으실 수 있습니다. ㅎㅎ..

Normally morning and before sunset is better. But you never know. Gotcha lures always work for us and should be work for you as well.

고기가 어디있느냐에 따라서 상,중,하층 낚시를 하시면 됩니다. 케스팅하자마자 릴링 하시면 상층이고 2~3초 쉬었다가 하시면 중층정도...그리고 5초있다가 하시면 하층인데...피어 깊이에 따라 다르지만 펜핸들지역 피어끝지역이 통상적입니다.
그리고 루어낚시는 고기가 잡힐때 까지 케스팅을 반복해야합니다!! 중노동이죠!~ ㅎㅎ..
