Now I'm thinking I would love to play a champion whose entire concept revolves around cannons. But not like Tristana. Big, heavy cannons with big cannonballs, maybe make them aa slower but aoe with big damage or sth?

nah, you're all missing the point. Big cannon (not gun), VERY slow AS and BIG damage and abilities revolving around cannonballs. I know that many champions have pieces of this concept in their design, but I would like to play this exactly. I know it probably won't happen, but let me have fun alright?

New long range adc be like:
I can't aa without a bullet, every 10 seconds I get 1 bullet to shoot, which can pass up to 5 targets and the longer it goes without hting a thing the wider it becomes(and deals less damage). I can have up to 10 bullets at a time.
My Q adds pasive of +1 to my bullets pircing, and on active gives me movement speed and extra 1 bullet if I have none at the time of use.
My W is a very short lived and visibility range ward which I can shoot at and never destroy it, on second cast I move it to new location and reset it's life time.
My E consumes all but 1 bullet I have and gives me extra AD for each removed/charged bullet untill I shoot.
My R reavils every enemy ward, trap and minion+ aeria around them.(around the same aeria of range as Swain's W's range)

that's actually a good concept for a champion. imagine an adc who can only strike in melee but their shots goes like this video. plus they could have an ability to create a "target dummy" so they could aim their shots more easily
I think ant competitive viability in that design space is taken by xayah
which would make them a nightmare to lane against
