3 Essential Tips to Maximize your Credit and Travel Points!
In this video, I will discuss three (3) tips and tricks that you can maximize your credit and travel points and also save time as well. I will discuss topics on earning travel points through timeshares, bank bonuses and setting alerts on booking award reservations for flights and hotels.
1. Earning hotel currency through a timeshare is very simple. If you are planning to travel within or out of state, this is a great opportunity to attend a timeshare presentation and earn hotel points through chains such as IHG, Hilton, Marriott, and Choice. Attending timeshare presentations allows you to stay at these properties for a discounted rate while earning hotel currency.
2. Bank bonuses are essential hacks in earning extra money, but what if I could show you a strategy of earning a bank bonus and earn credit card points and NOT be liable for a 1099-INT from the government. I have two examples to provide, but it will require you to have a Rakuten account (which I have a referral link if you are interest) and an American Express Credit Card that earn Membership Reward (MR) points.
Remember, in order to earn Membership Reward (MR) points from Rakuten;
you must currently have an American Express Card.
