Nice review, small tip, write the model names under your video, allthennot included with a link to your shop. I am looking around for what to buy as a guitarist. And I'm doubting to get a $100+ nicer entry laminated fantreeswood one (my son has one which got me interested) or fork out just a little bit more (200) and go for a solid top or fully solid one like the Kai 5000. Plenty of choice but also plenty of boxshoving shops with cheap guitars, this not a paralel for poor quality, but you get what you pay for and it is hard to chose without playing first. {laminated fantreeswood: if a monkey wears a golden ring, it is still a monkey}
Thank you for a great sampling of wonderful-sounding affordable ukuleles! At first I thought the Makaio had a much deeper sound than the other ukuleles, but then I realized that it must be the low g string versus the high g strings on the other ukuleles. Now I'm wondering what the Makaio really sounds like with a high g string (if I got that right).
