    This was so amazing an explorative. My body feels wonderful, like I am one with every cell and atom.
    About two weeks ago, a strange pang of discomfort manifested next to the vertebrae of my lower back. It isn't outright pain, but it's still...challenging, to heed this little thing, to take care of it. Although, ever since I have been doing a lot of yoga since and taking care of my body and wellness in a way I haven't in months.
    I wanted to thank you for all these wonderful videos.
