You are amazing! These are things I’ve been wondering about. I own a medspa and I’ve been an injector for close to fifteen years. I’m in the US so we don’t have the same access to products. We have Ultherapy. I’ve always warned my patients about using high heat on thin faces. Experience is what really matters. When you know your device, you are better at performing the treatments. I love your channel. I appreciate your knowledge and education. ❤ you make me want to move to the UK. 😂

Hey Sarah, I was curious if you've had a face lift? I'm just wondering because you and I have very similar face shapes, and mine looks more like how yours used to look, but yours looks so good right now. Just really snatched. Lol. So I was curious if not a face lift, what you would recommend for me to try here in the US, that would help give my lower face lift or tightness? Thanks!! 😊
Hi no I haven't had a facelift but I have lost about 25kg with Ozempic and also had some Aptos threads, Harmonyca, exosomes, a bit of hyaluronic acid and Botox. I think it was probably a combination of the weight loss and the above procedures which is responsible!
Fat transfer, sculptra, hyaluronic acid acid, PRP with the fibrin clot… tbh I would probably look at treatments like belotero revive to firm the skin then the PRP fibrin in areas of large volume loss
Hello Sarah, I am wondering if you're able to give me an honest opinion about removing sun damage from my 63 year old skin. I have done a LOT of research and spent a lot of money on all the usual creams, potions, and lotions, but I know that anything I have purchased has not removed it, only lightened it a tiny bit. Ideally, I would like to try an at home device if there's one that can help, but I feel that laser treatment may be the only option to address the deep layers. I would love your opinion. Thank you from a Limey who moved to Canada in 1988 x
So 0.2j = 40°C can build fat 0.6j = 54°C can decrease fat Does skin tightening happen with both settings? Also if collagen is denatured at 65°C, how is that incorporated?
So from what I can see the skin does appear tighter with both. I do both the dot and linear cartridges for people depending on their appearance at the same time but in different areas
You did explain that the HiFu fat growth protocol is in its infancy, but do you think it would be possible to also grow body fat, for example in the gluteal area?
The amount of fat growth we are talking about is very very minor. If someone was doing it for skin brightening as well I would do it at the same time but I probably wouldn’t pitch it for fat gain only
Doc, is it possible or acceptable to use this hifu all over the face? I notice here in asia, they only do hifu focusing on lower face, double chin and neck area. Would like to know your opinion on this.
Thanks for answering doc. Also i saw your videos combining this with injectables…what is your thought about doing this procedure together with acne scar subcision and let’s say collagen stim, in theory would this be good strategy so that the scar tissue would be rebuilt on “lifted” face? Or rather, this is a bad idea because of the amount of pain would be considered too much for the client?
You look amazing Sarah - come on spill the beans what have you had done lately!
Just the usual! Exosomes, Moxi, BBL, Nordyx mono threads, harmonyca, PRX-T33, under eye ha
@@DrSarahTonks Well you always looked well Sarah but you look better than I've ever seen you now; certainly a good advert for your routine!
Thank you that is very kind!
I love how you're always so ahead of the curve in the west! and so precise
Thanks! I just love going to find out how other people do things to see if it’s better!

Hi, I had HIFU last year & had terrible burns and have been left with scars and skin laxity. I’m desperate to get rid of the scars
Sounds like you didn’t have great HIFU at all I’ve never seen a scar from it 😱
You look so beautiful! ❤
Too kind
You really do!!

I had ulthera 3 years ago and it destroyed my face, i lost ALOT of fat, the buccal fat pads were destroyed….
Yep that’s definitely a thing it seems 😔 . What are you going to do to try to restore it?
@@DrSarahTonksI don’t have a clue…open for suggestions

Yes actually very common to do the whole face I usually include the forehead and neck

Ultracel doesn’t hurt at all so should be fine but tbh I prefer to split the treatments up so the patient isn’t having to hang around so long

Great username and picture
Ultherapy ruined my skin
Yes it can cause fat loss which in some is undesirable
