I agree with Mahler on this debate. In the Legends Books Heir to the Empire, Dark Force Rising and The Last Command, Luke played a huge role in that conflict, Luke was very much engaged and interested in what is going on. Luke was interested in the Cave on Dagobah so he went in and engaged in it.
The fact you're shaming people for having an opinion and using filoni's name negatively just shows how immature and underdeveloped you are. Pathetic. It's always the unprompted assholes
Imagine thinking Luke Freaking Skywalker is so above others that he doesn't care about people and instead he is an '''Alpha Chad'''. That's some premium copium my friend.
Even EA, despite being on of the shittiest game companies in existence, gave Luke more respect in Battlefront 2 (2017). They showed him as a humble, honest guy willing to help an enemy if it helps put him on the right path. It also showed how determined he was to erase any remnants of the Empire. Favreau and Filoni are either incompetent or they are on a leash and being lead to the sequel trilogy like Mooler said.
So much copium from SWT, it's not gonna play out how he's saying, just like how Anakin didn't have 8 million more pieces and skits after the initial flashback episode on Asohka.
No way in hell Luke Skywalker would be a "shoot first, ask questions later (or not at all)" kind of guy. Yes, he'd definitely slice up a bunch of battle droids, but once that excitement was over and he was face to face with people, the interrogating would begin.
@@mister-pinkmanmostly because mauler steered the conversation that way. Sure they agree on broad strokes and general sentiment, but if you start getting into specifics, they'd disagree on a LOT of things because of how they approach and engage with media. For example, i'm willing to bet my entire life savings and my house that mauler would hate 98% of tcw, rebels, and totj. Rightfully so because those shows are dogshit
@@dragonpaulz_ considering Theory has seen virtually every single piece of SW media, sure they definitely will approach it differently but Theory has backed off of the fanboy hype train he has been on for years. When RoS came out he said he loved it but has since taken off his fanboy mask and realized Disney’s faults which is commendable. Also TCW is definitely not dogshit. Is there filler? Yes but it has a lot of solid character development that fills in the blanks of the prequels pretty well. I can’t speak on rebels of TOTJ though. But I’ve heard great things about TOTJ, specifically Dooku’s episodes.
@@mister-pinkman nah tcw is dogshit. Just watched all of it back in june. Out of 133 episodes, there is exactly 1 episodes I enjoy and 1 episode that i didn't think was terrible. On average it's probably a 3/10 and regularly flirts with 2/10 and 1/10 episodes and entire arcs. It depresses me every time I hear someone praise the siege of mandalore or fugitive ahsoka or umbara arcs as "good star wars"

I thought they were going to lead to that conflict after Mando s2...I was wrong.
sw theory literally interpreted what wasn't there, classic filoni fan.

He's not interpreting what isn't there. Neither has dave. They know the characters, you don't
it was kinda cool to see these to disagree, and continue the conversation after in good faith, just two star wars fans who interpret it differently
Absolutely, it's the definition of a constructive conversation.
Yeah Luke should have wanted to know what was going on at the end of Mando season 2.

I disagree to disagree with the disagreement.
Theory sounds like a dude who's been brainwashed into thinking he's happy
Then you didn’t watch the whole debate, just this one clip taken out of context. Theory and Mauler agree on the vast majority of things about SW.
@@mister-pinkman I didn't say shit about them not agreeing. Theory sounds like a schmuck
