I practice my voice while I'm at work! I just train it to where I like it but I'm still a little iffy about the right pitch. Got inflection down. It's so wonderful to hear my girl voice and really helps me pass. It's really good for my dysphoria.
I have Gillie Stoneham's book and it is fantastic, I used it together with my voice therapist, but difficult to master, the time to practice is lacking me.
This is a question of identity, and it's damn important. Yes it's respectful to the person to support their identity. If you think it's a mental illness, you are misinformed.
@@MustyUnderboob There are very, very few detransitioners, gender transition has some of the highest levels of satisfaction and lowest levels of regret of any medical procedures.
You sure your not training us for AI technology aka robots? Using our kids as a way to BETTER ACCEPT THE NON BINARY WHATEVER. Its a great analogy to try to EXPLAIN changing the human ide identity...lmao
inspiring - our voices reveal who we are and it takes courage to be vulnerable and express our true selves

Wonderful talk and very inspiring, I had settled into complacency and this has certainly inspired me and given me hope.

I wish you the best. Remember that your voice does not determine your gender.
My niece has a super deep voice. She was born with a deep voice.
It's all about the R1
Beautiful!
Instead of supporting it...actually get people the help they need
Like voice therapy
You can't brainwash someone into faking their gender expression for your comfort, that doesn't work
@@rainjaydd8213 Tell that to all of the detransitioners. 🙄

@@robokill387 Prove it.
When the mind do not match the body, why is it the body that is required to change ? The physical is irrefutable.
Would brainwashing be easier for you?
Because you can't change the brain without changing who they actually are.

I sure hope not! I'm a transwoman and technology scares me!
