Basically, essentially, actually... 😂 I was ready to sell my iPhone X today from OfferUp for $160. I decided not to. Love my X.
With any year any condition trade in deals you could get 1000$ for your iPhone X depending on the company.
And every iPhone after the X is basically just a rebranded X; same design, same notch, same UI
I just ditched my 12 pro for a Pixel 7

I have an A1661 iPhone 7 Plus. I hadn’t done a software update in two years because I don’t have Wi-Fi. The phone will still work so I didn’t really care. Finally did an update couple months ago.
I’ve only had to replace the battery ones.
Some guy at Walmart today told me my iPhone won’t work after January 2024 and that is not true. Apple will make sure updates are covered. Our phones just might get slower.
I have I phone 7 plus in jan 2024. Never had an issue other than small memory but made up for it by clearing my phone out regularly. Had the phone from new in aug 2020.
I’m writing this on 9/16/23 on an iphone7. This my second one, it’s refurbished and the only problem I have is that it needs a new battery and of course my 4g signal sucks too much. I guess add to that I can’t get iOS updates any more. Never had the issue this video describes. I don’t trust 5g.
I have a 7 too and changed the battery 2 years ago. It’s becoming obsolete because of iOS. Can’t use some apps which require version 16 of iOS so basically I am being forced to buy a new one but apart from that everything works perfectly. I will probably buy a 15 one but still will keep the 7 as a “landline” phone until it completely stops working. It certainly worth the investment as it’s working flawlessly for 7 years already.
My mom has iPhone 7 Plus. And I gave it to her when I was upgrading to 11 regular. Now she had 5 battery replacement 3-4 screen replacement. And she is waiting for her friend to recommend iPhone 12/13 pro.
Time to upgrade that thing now

@@noumansaroya2898 nope. The 7 is crap. The SE has the home button. The home button is such an old design though. Face ID is way better than Touch ID

Mannnn that’s messed up, that’s what happened to my 7, I still have it in a drawer but doesn’t matter to me now anymore.. I have the SE2

@@doberton no can do sadly, I’m sensitive to screen flickering found on OLED phones. Known as PWM , and the pixel 7 is only worst then the last gen since they slowed it down more which makes it even more noticeable.
So I have to wait until micro LED’s are implemented - until then I gotta stick with iPhone SE since it’s the best of the last LED phones out there

My iPhone 7 was having this issue at the beginning of the year in January-February. I’ve now upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Immediately go to your nearest cellular provider and trade it in!!! Trade it in for anything, anything that has 5G is basically an upgrade to an extent
