I tried this years ago and at the time I was down and out and had nothing to lose. I did dis every night before I went to sleep faithfully . First I would meditate then right after I would visualize each on a timer with my watch for 30 min. a piece. At first it felt funny doing it then I read a book around the same time and what helped me was the author at the time said something about acting as when we were young as a kid . He explained how we would have the most vivid imagination but was taught that we shouldn't as we gotten older and to stay focus in school sort of speak. I took his advise and pushed the funny feelings away and the more I did this the funny feeling stopped and the more real it felt. Soon i couldnt wait to do this every nite cause it was my only way to escape my messed up reality. I had felt like i never would follow things all the way threw so i did this maybe like 5-6 months nonstop every nite. During the time i said if this really works along with what i really want Im gona imagine something so off beat that if i forget that i did create this . ( as the author stated) I would remember it happened only cause i imagined it cause the odds of it happening where extremely high. Years later after i stopped both and forgot that i did any of these methods. The craziest thing i imagined was the first to happen. As time passed everything happened but it was more than i could have ever imagine like a freaking dream world. Eventually(8 years later) I've gotten bored with what I've imagined and now I'm on a mission to create a even better world for myself. And i came up with this meditation and visualization before ever knowing about Neville. I had just read sooooo many books and the common method that 95 % of the authors stated meditation and imagination would change your life so i tried it. The world is really in our hands and its that easy. Its the secret to the world. Try it and see you won't be disappointed ...

i saw what he´s talking about in one of my meditations, one of my weirdest yet most profound visions... while sitting on my couch meditating, i was suddenly in another room but i was slowly hovering torwards myself, as i was looking at myself sitting in the lotus posture on another couch in deep meditation, then a voice repeatet 3 times "i am, because i am" and every time after the second "i am" was uttered, my body disappeared for a moment to reappear for the scene to repeat itself...and the moment i was like "wow!!, this is crazy" i came out of it. then afterwards i remembered neville saying that we can´t see "I am". all we can see are the assumptions of if, which begin with being a human.

Hello Iveta! I am very sorry, but it is not possible currently. I made this video a long time ago with simple technic. So I only have this file with video and audio in one. Sadly the old Windows movie maker produced only one audio track with voice and music together. I'm hoping to make more professionel videos in the future. Some viewers - like you did - pointed out, that sometimes recitations of the Holy Quran appear in the backround in some parts. I don´t speak arabic. So I wasn´t aware. No he was taught the Kabbalah by Abdullah, an Ethiopian Jewish Mystic. Joseph Murphy was taught by the same gentleman. Neville also read William Blake, and taught from that as well.
