I don't know what to do~!!!!!! I fell in love with someone, he rejected me ( I got very nervous while we were dating and acted out ) Anyways its been a few months now we have not spoke. I met someone new, I feel great beside him but I don't feel how I felt with the last guy. I know for my mental health its best to move on, I can't help to feel that the one I lost .. I just felt amazing beside me I thought he was the one, I hope he will come back, I am trying to just stay focused
Ask the lord to let Thy Will be done. If you want to fall out of love, think of all the bad things your ex did in rapid fire succession. Name several things you disliked and repeat them several times fast while thinking of your ex(a tip from Richard bandler. It works)
try neville's "I remember when" technique. Take time each day to sit , close your eyes, and say to yourself "I remember when so and so wasn't in my life " or remember when you weren't deeply in love with this new guy..etc...just throwing ideas out there. Try this exercise as often as you can each day.
