Sis, I could honestly say any form of birth control isn't good for your body. Of course our body our choice, but I've spoken with a doctor and several nurses over time informing me because baby I popped kids every year 🤷🏿♀️🤣🤣🤣. However with family history I was told if I do anything get my tubes removed instead of tied to prevent ovarian and breast cancer.
just hope you never experience any headache like that again.

In 2005 after our last son I got my tubes tied clipped & burned then in 2016 I got a Endometrial ablation. No more babies! I love Niyah's starter locs 😍 & Dejah's looks really nice & full

The pistachio frap is my favorite! The first time I had it was in January when I visited Disneyland for a mini vacay in Cali. My boyfriend and I stopped by the Starbucks there and saw it on the menu. I fell in love. Since coming back to Jacksonville I have been obsessed with it. LOL
Also, I recommend visiting Disneyland someday. Just for comparisons to our Disney World. I loved it, it's just a little smaller but I enjoyed myself.

All of their locs are looking good. I'm kinda sad my daughter wants to take hers out. I started ours together and we have had them for a little over 3 years. Loving the surprise and Lego toys. I always enjoy watching my little open her surprise toys especially when she opened all of her LOL ones for Christmas.

Sis, at your next annual GYN appointment, have them check you for endometriosis. I was experiencing almost the exact same symptoms you described with extreme side pains and was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis with a 10 cm fibroid. I had no clue it was there and also found out it is very common in African American women in their 40s. and 50s. I had a hysterectomy exactly a year ago and it change my life. I’ve never felt better. 😊
It's the Essure birth control, Sis. I got the same method back in 2011, it has now been banned as a birth control method and the lawsuit was real. There are lingering side effects that affect a large percentage of the women who underwent this bc option. Although endometriosis is common in AA women, what Javonne is going through is common for us that have Essure.
@@ambriagriffin oh okay, it’s still good to go get checked out though. The symptoms are very similar and until you are properly diagnosed by a medical professional and had test ran then that’s when you know for sure where the problem is coming from. I had my tubes tied 23 years ago and I believed my issues were due to the side effects from the Tubal ligation, however once I had test ran I discovered I was completely wrong and suffered many years for no reason other than lack of knowledge.
@@deshanj71 I totally agree! I know my issues were from the coils inserted into my fallopian tubes. I was working with my OBGYN on having them removed years ago, when one fell out (like, literally came out of me 😳). I had instant relief and decided to wait on surgery. I still suffer from energy loss, thinning hair, and horrible cycles but the way my surgery co-pay is set up now... Prayer is my insurance.
@@ambriagriffin lol 😂 I understand Sis. Those co pays are no joke. My husband retired after 30 years in the Army so all of our medical benefits are covered. I thank God every day. 😊

When you were talking about the birth control i was cringing!! Ladies please consider other options such as tracking your ovulation. We’re only fertile like one week a month.
