- In this episode of the Perspective Prog. Based on 'India's Soft Power'. In addition to economic and military power, the idea of Soft Power has gained traction during the past few decades. Indian arts, culture, yoga and spiritualism, culinary varieties, festivals, music and dance forms etc, have attracted people from all around the world for centuries. The Committee on External Affairs has recently presented its Sixteenth Report on the prospects and limitations of India's Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy. The committee has recommended that a policy document should be prepared on India’s soft power projections along with a Soft Power Matrix for evaluating soft power outcomes. In its report the parliamentary committee also highlighted the need for greater synergy among MEA and other Ministries, Departments and agencies involved in India’s soft power projections and cultural diplomacy.

Parliamentary committeee submitted a report about India's softpower and cultural diplomacy.
-Areas which can be used to further India's softpower.
*Yoga and Ayurveda.
*Spiritual knowledge of India.
*Indian cuisine.
*Indian film industry.
*Indian sports and games.
*Indian handicrafts and GI goods.
*Epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata.
*Sustainable practices of India like environmental friendliness and respect towards other creatures.
eg: About 300 years ago, more than 300 Bishnois were killed while trying to peacefully protect a grove of Khejri trees in Rajasthan.
Issues and Achievements:
*Have underplayed our potential.
*Were not able to paint India's story using the above mentioned aspects.
*Yoga promotion on international stage - good.
*PM gifting Indian handicrafts to foreign dignitaries.
*Dr. S. Jaishankar giving examples from Ramayana in foreign policy discussions.
Need to matrix, says the committee, to assess the performance.
*Tourism
*Indian image in rest of the world.
Other recommendations:
*All ministries to work in synergy with MEA.
*Role of ICCR in promoting Indian culture.
*Reaching out to Indian diaspora like PM Modi does, to exploit the potential they have as natural ambassadors of India.

I can feel from this episode, where our country is going in next few era. Softness of media is more then a legislative or executive.
I think that our country too want young energetic politician .. not an old and gold politician. They can help us only in giving suggestions and share their valuable experience but their role should not to execute the power. Because They have also to take special care of their health beside taking care of people interest.

Participants and Mr. Vishal, in perspective of India's Sansad TV, today dated 13th /12/2022 Tuesday, talk about no justice to daughters, by doing gender bias and not giving coparcenary rights to daughters. India is crying loudly that its military is weak and it possess kncapabilith to solve the property rivhts to be given to daughters only because not that daughters are burden to India but because solving aughter's rights in property is a burden to judiciary court if partirions done before the year 2004-05 are allowrd to open for daughters to seek their rights in propertoes, even in ancestral properties because untill year 2004-05, no copascenary rights were given yo them and law is for only those born on and after 13 Sept. 2005. So it means survivor daughters suffetef from 1956 till now 2005 shpuld die without their rights in properties because properties were already fistributed amongst father and his dons long back even when sons minor. This is sadness of crying authorative persons who are handling law. Shame on India and humanity after daughters takinng birth in this uni- iverse. Law makers are pulling daughters legs behind. Allow them to breathe air of freedom and their rights on properties. 'Hammarye mangye purye karo, nahito khoorchi khaalli karo.' Not allowing Bhroon hatya, not allowing suicife but daughters made to suffer by the law makers,.. judiiciary, legislature. Allow partitions to open to seek rights for daughters.. their property rights, not from law maker' s or from goverment' s pocjets. Take blessings instead curse from us, before dying.
