So, why don't you attach the ringer to the side of the washer and as you take the soapy-wet clothes out of the washer, ring them out in preparation to be rinsed?

The drain should definitely be bigger, and come with a screen attachment to catch lint or anything that fell out of pockets etc. A hose for directing where the drain water goes would be a good idea.
The agitating handle doesn't look like a good design to me. A better design would have the handle go up/across the washer and attach to the dasher at both sides for more balanced application of force. The center brace could include a swivel bar attachment/extension so the user could stand at one end of the tub, grasp the bar with both hands, and put their full body weight and strength into pushing/pulling the bar in a motion more like a rowing machine. This would decrease the specific strain on any one muscle group to operate the machine.
For that matter, if the dasher handle extended below the machine, and a chair were involved, then the user could push with feet while pulling on the handle for an even gentler, full-body workout, lowering strain even more. A spring of some sort to help return the dasher to the far position would be helpful then, because pulling with feet while pushing on the handle sounds less convenient.
Still, involving more muscle groups means less strain on any particular muscles, which means less exhaustion or potential injury for the user, and therefore increases the total weight of laundry that can be washed comfortably.
The handle should be removable, so the wringer could be attached. Or perhaps the handle could be fixed in the down position, so the wringer can clamp over/around it.
People used to wash their cleanest clothes first, and wring into rinse tubs as they went, and add loads of progressively dirtier clothes towards the end so that all clothes could be washed in the same water without needing to change it after every load. If easy access to unlimited clean water from a hose isn't available, that would be an important washing tip to share with new users. Also, adding a cup of vinegar into the final rinse water is excellent advice to ensure any remaining traces of soap are neutralized, and to soften clothes.
If the crossover handle could be fixed in the upright position, then it could double in usefulness as a bar to hang clothes from, on hangers. That might be appropriate for air-drying a few lightweight shirts or children's clothes. Or a grate of some sort might be placed across the top of the tub (with handle down or removed) to serve as a space to flat-dry sweaters.
Obviously all of this is just me spitballing ideas, which may or may not be appropriate for your company. But it's what I think would be helpful, as seen at a glance. Good luck.

Um, it is repeated throughout the comments that she made a very small batch of these for friends. It was a one-time manufacturing run by a small welding shop near her home. She is not a company, she is not in business to sell these, and she has no intention of making any more. It is a mistake for you to think this is an advertising video. It is instructional for those of us who bought one of these from her. It was never intended the way you have inferred.
