I'd say... a team of Rin (as Ishtar, because she looks the Rin-est), Kiritsugu, Irisviel, Ilyasviel, Cu Chulainn, and Shirou. Rin for killing her father. (I'm ignoring that Tokiomi is also Sakura's father, he gave up that right) Kiritsugu for killing Iri and for their fundamental hatred for one another. Irisviel for killing her. Illya for killing her mom, and for the role he played in setting up her death in UBW. Cu Chulainn for the Command Seal to kill himself. And Shirou to actually kill him, because with Shirou's particular distortion he understands and likes Kirei better than anyone else ever could... and could also never let Kotomine continue to live knowing that he would inevitably continue doing evil. And because Shirou's already killed him.

Well he never met him in this Fate route where he got his Assassin form since he never met Irisviel and never participated to Fuyuki's Holy Grail war, just casually continuing his job. So...idk if it can be canon that an encounter like that exists but surely fanon.
@djlesco77 Both Rasputin and Muramasa's dialogue imply that they just naturally feel uneasy around each other, going so far as to advise you not to put them on the same team. As for Kiritsugu, I feel he would still know OF him since Kirei apparently was still in the war in the Fate/Accel event but simply never went evil and betrayed Tokiomi, at best Kiritsugu would be confused and wary at how different the summoned Kirei is
