What tends to be the logical flow of presenting you lab based dissertation? Rationale ➡️ Hypothesis ➡️ Methods ➡️ Results etc or more succinct than this?

Background information, rationale for the study, hypothesis, aims and objectives, methods, results, and conclusions which will include summary of the data, broader picture, and future implications :) keep the text to minimum and try to include more figures/tables to illustrate your points :)
