Hi. this is a national park. you are only allowed to walk along designated roads and trails. swimming is prohibited in lakes and rivers. Walking at night is also prohibited so that wild animals can live. the building on the lake is a shelter where you can stay overnight. breakfast, lunch and dinner are served there. in the Tatra Mountains, there are similar tourist shelters in most valleys
The Tatras are incredibly beautiful in winter too. Two years ago I walked on the frozen surface of the Morskie Oko lake. Not too far from the shore, out of respect for this beautiful piece of wildlife. You are a very nice couple and I love seeing your sincere admiration for my homeland and our culture.
On the Slovak side there is also the Tatra National Park. There are about 70-80 brown bears living in the entire (Polish and Slovak) National Park. They are curious, they walk on tourist trails, they approach the shelters (they are particularly fond of garbage dumps where it is easy to eat). Generally, bears do not attack tourists (except for morons who want to play with young bears) they generally keep a safe distance. A surprised bear first tries to scare people away (it roars, stands on its hind legs). It attacks without warning only in defense of the young, and even then it does not kill, it only eliminates the threat. People are unpalatable to bears and smell bad, so brown bears do not eat people. A person's death occurs as a result of wounds and as a result of help provided too late.
Ive been at lake like 3 years ago in summer. Place was much , much more beautiful in summer , it was magical. Road to lake spans like 8 km. Theres also another lake there called "Czarny Staw"(Black Pond), located much higher and you can admire the entire Morskie Oko from a height.
Here are 2 vids of Zakopane in winter time. 1. Hotel, thermal baths etc. ruclips.net/video/Bz_YLtWM-EU/видео.htmlsi=iRhU9KrwGwLznJjA 2. Zakopane at night. ruclips.net/video/Rm1eaysqv1s/видео.htmlsi=_vLjXE0yPevveHfs
I recommend Welcome to Olsztyn 🇵🇱 Warmia & Mazury Lakes! ruclips.net/video/4M1UOmUrR3c/видео.html Morskie Oko, or Eye of the Sea in English, is the largest and fourth-deepest lake in the Tatra Mountains, in southern Poland. It is located deep within the Tatra National Park in the Rybi Potok (the Fish Brook) Valley, of the High Tatras mountain range at the base of the Mięguszowiecki Summits, in Lesser Poland Voivodeship. In 2014, The Wall Street Journal recognized the lake as one of the five most beautiful lakes in the world. The peaks that surround the lake rise about 1,000 meters above its surface; one of them is Rysy (2,499 meters), the highest peak in the Polish Tatras. Besides Mięguszowiecki Summits (including Mięguszowiecki Szczyt Wielki, 2,438 meters), farther away and slightly to the left, is the distinctive, slender Mnich (“Monk,” 2,068 meters). Many Swiss Pines also grow around the lake.[2] In the past, Morskie Oko was called "Rybie Jezioro" ("Fish Lake") due to its natural stock of fish, which are uncommon in Tatra lakes and ponds. In the clear depths of the water, one can easily notice trout - so-called "famine" trout - that live in the lake. The name "Morskie Oko" ("Sea Eye", "Eye of the Sea") is derived from an old legend, according to which the lake was connected to the sea via an underground passage.[3] The hut of the Polish Tourism and Local Lore Society (PTTK) stands on the moraine that closes the lake from the north. The hut is situated 1,405 meters above sea level and belongs to the oldest Tatra chalets. The hut is named after Stanisław Staszic, who explored the lake in 1805. It is a point of departure for hikes to Rysy and Szpiglasowa Przełęcz. Nearby is the Stare Schronisko ("Old Shelter"), originally a coachhouse. Both buildings have been granted historical status. Morskie Oko is one of the most popular destinations in the Tatras, often receiving over 50,000 visitors during the vacation season. It is reached by foot in about two hours from the nearest road that allows motorized access. Many other tourists opt to take the journey by horse-drawn cart, a large number of which are operated by the local Górale inhabitants. In winter, a short section of the journey is in an avalanche danger zone, and the area can remain cold and rainy even in summer. In the advent of its popularity, visitors have been forbidden from swimming in the lake or feeding the trout.
One can marvel at the views but a very important topic was not addressed in the video from. 64 percent of the horses that worked the route between 2012 and 2022 in the Tatra Mountains are dead. 433 horses were killed in slaughterhouses for meat. 24 animals died and their carcasses were disposed of. The horses worked on the route for an average of 36 months. Such rapid exploitation of animals, is due to overloading. Horses pull carts that are too heavy by about a ton. Morskie Oko is not only a beautiful sight, but also a tragedy for the animals that work there.
Hey guys. I would love to see your reaction to "Eastern European Stereotypes Explained" by "Living Ironically in Europe" channel . The video is hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
This girl is probably exaggerating a bit. There is a warning about bears because encounters do happen but very rarely and it is the bears (usually young and/or inexperienced) who are more scared then. Bears simply avoid encounters with humans as much as they can. If you "go into the woods" I would be more afraid of a ticket for "polluting" the National Park. And very rightly so, BTW. That is the point, for the National Park to remain, let's say, "intact". 😉
You should change the name of the channel. Not 3rd world. Only an emerging country :) Brazil with agreements with China, Russia, has a great chance of growth, part of the country will not belong to Brazil, but to China, but profit is profit.

It is not the eye of the seas, but the sea eye.

Estas montanhas sao muito perigosas pelo que nao aparecem tao perigosos. Muita gente morreu caindo no abysso nesta regiao.
I would not recommend the horse cart. Not if you love animals anyway.
