Thanks for nice comment about Slovakia. I only wonder how Sammy and Tommy made such lovely clips with so few people (maybe they went there fist school day or something), because in last years there is so many tourist, you need to wait in line in harder trails.
I just happened to visit High Tatras last month. Memory of the beautiful nature is still very fresh and unforgettable. Same as rafting on river Dunajec in Cerveny Klastor Pieniny, Slovak-Polish border. Approximately 60km from Tatranska Lomnica. We'll never forget peaceful God's given nature in the middle of summer vacation. Absolutely stunning. Will be back for sure.❤❤
Be careful that these mountains, while seemingly small, are the real deal. Approach them with the same respect, you would approach the Alps. These beautiful mountains deserve your utmost respect! Slovakia is like tiny Switzerland.

Thank you for presenting Slovakia so beautifully in this and also your video from Bratislava 👍 A couple of suggestions for others planning to visit. When hiking in High Tatras please make sure to have additional layers/clothing with you as weather there can sometimes change very quickly. In the summer, start your hikes early in the morning as thunderstorms in the afternoons are common this time of the year. Also it is advised to have travel insurance which includes mountain rescue coverage. There are still many tourists who forget about this. When you slip on a trail, get injured and need to be recovered the cost of this rescue operation can go into thousands of euros. So please be safe and enjoy the beautiful mountains 🏔️

Greetings Sammy and Tommy! Thank you very much for the positive assessment of my homeland! We were recently at the cottage near Zelený pleso, on December 26, 2024, on a winter hike and for the 1st time! We have climbed the High Tatras more in higher positions! Our SLOVAKIA is beautiful, we know it, at least 2 times a month we go on trips, to revive memories, to places we have already visited, or to discover new ones! We are embarrassed here, especially greedy businessmen who do not know whether to ask for the services offered by them, and certain, ill-mannered groups of people = Unfortunately! But, well, nowhere is it completely perfect! I believe that you will visit our country again = because we still have something to offer here: whether natural beauties, historical monuments, or something from this-modern era! I wish you both all the best and see you again in SLOVAKIA!

Hey! Beautiful video. You chose very good trail. We went the first part of your trip from Sklanate pleso to Velka Svistovka (highest point on the route) with our 7 years old daughter this year. One of my best memory from this year.
The treat is called "Horké Maliny" (Hot Raspberries in english). It's just mashed, sugared and cooked raspberries with whipped cream or ice cream on top. It's even better with a little bit of Griotka (cherry liquor).
Been in Slovakia probably 10-15 times. Always to Tatra mountains. Hiked every trail that is on Tatra map. I love Slovak people and beauty of nature. But past 3-4 years I can not justify staying in Slovakia. Zakopane is at least 30% cheaper with way better accomodation, as well as restaurants are way better in Polish side. I believe all this happened with Euro.
This did not happen with the euro, but with the stupid greed of Slovak entrepreneurs! We Slovaks ourselves are angry, we know that the prices here, especially in TOP destinations: parking, restaurants, cable cars, aquaparks = are excessively expensive = after all, we also travel to other countries = we compare! It is a god-forsaken extortion of Slovaks, who are at the tail of the EU in terms of earnings, but also of visitors who come to Slovakia as tourists!

Great video, well done! What time of the year did you go there? And if I may give you a pro tip (I’m a mountain climber): never make contact between knee and rock surface when climbing up or down. When you have those fixed chains, the name of the game is to stick your butt out, legs almost completely straight, firm handgrip on the chain, and slowly rappel yourself down.
Hi guys thanks for showing other people Slovakia! BTW the sauce on the gnochi was a slovakian cheese called bryndza and the food is called brynzove halusky
Very well made video. So much effort, so many shots great job, both of you. Slovakia is an amazing country with horrible leadership (politicians). But one day, it will get better. Never loose a hope! :)
Thanks for this great video Sammy and Tommy. Seemed like filming this hike made it more difficult with holding the GoPro Stick and going back for your camera. Luckily you both made it without falling. The scenery there was absolutely breath taking on video and probably even more so in real life. The Slovakian food looked amazing as usual.

Hi guys I am glad you visited Slovakia and you liked it. Do you plan to try ladders in Slovak Paradise? Highly recommended!
Yep, this the Tatra mountains is actually Slovak nature diamond (the most beautiful place in Slovakia) Very different nature than in Alps, unique, I dont think there is any other place similar to Tatras in this world.
Its almost like a pilgrimage to visit Tatras.
Going there soon... Bratislava, Bojnice area, and Tatras. 4 nights! Slovakia looks awesome.
Glad I found y’all’s channel. We’re planning a Slovakia-Hungary trip for this March and not many people cover it. Love y’all’s style will be binging your videos.
Thank you! It was soo yummy!! 🤗
Very well made video. So much effort, so many shots great job, both of you. Slovakia is an amazing country with horrible leadership (politicians). But one day, it will get better. Never loose a hope! :)
Thanks for recognizing the effort, appreciate it! We are so happy you enjoyed the video 🤗
Proud of you guys, that you did not go in the traditional tourist foot wear the Crocs in to Tatras :D
Haha our shoes could have better but they weren't THAt bad 😅

Thank you for sharing our beauty to people!❤ Greetings from Slovakia😇
Thanks for watching!
Thank u for visiting our country ❤
💞 Thank you!
It was such an epic hike 😍 it was a lot more work filming the hike but so worth it! The food was so delicious 🤤 thank you for the comment!
You mean Slovak food. There's no such word Slovakian.
love your energy! :) great video! what state in the US would you compare Slovakia to?
nice shot of the train, I once flew all the way to the next stop following my train, I was so scared if it will keep up or if the battery will last but is was worth it
these places are cold, snow around the shelves, surprised to see so many dressed up for summer beach life
We were so lucky to have great weather!
🇸🇰🤍💙❤️🇸🇰 Yes, our beloved Slovakia is very beautiful and not only because of the High Tatras. Thanks for sharing, guys. 😉👍
Whoa boy. Slovakia rules. Villa Beatrice is off the chain.
