I don't like the BBC but there are actually Drone Alerter Services that will do exactly what they said it can detect drones in the area, detect the device sending the signal to fly the drone and pinpoint where they are.

Exactly, a typical BS system that is sold to companies that makes them think that they can stop drones, what if a Hawk hovers over the site watching a mouse? Unless the site is in a no-fly zone then every Hawk would be arrested for an airspace incursion! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What amazes me is these days people have no shame in blatantly lying…but they take their cue from politicians, industry leaders and Laura Venereal Disease.

Agreed.
The content is good.
The attitude of the RUclipsr is deliberatively provocative. He knows the security need to do their job, and he knows he has a way around their protocols. He purposely mocks and antagonizes these people into anger.
Each video this person uploads is exactly the same... Good drone content, HORRIBLE argumentative personality.
theyre audits, theyre just provocative and obnoxious on purpose but the security also seemed clueless on the rules which didnt make them look good either. drone had permission so
Couldn’t agree more. “I think they’re filming” continues to be a nuisance with the drone. 1 person annoying multiple people.

Doubt it. All the streaming services run at a loss and operate with debt. And more and more people are becoming aware of how bad streaming services are. My family purchased films on Amazon only for Amazon to remove them. So we've gone back to buying discs as they can't take them away. One minute your favourite show is on one service so you subscribe, only for half of your favourite show to move to another service so you have to subscribe to that service too. Before you know it you need 4 or more subscriptions services just to watch your favourite show. They keep swapping and changing so much it's hard to keep up with it all.

Sadly, yes. It's recycling actors from shows on other BBC shows or ITV and Channel 4. Emmerdale, Corrie & Hollyoaks is still also going. Even The Simpsons is going still 🤣
I find it ironic that there is an information point for the public on a ‘private’ road to which they have ‘no’ access.

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, as these employees showed.
You also fly too low because people can hear it, hence why they look at it.
I know you do this for money, cant really fault you for that, not having a go either, I have even actually learned the odd thing from some drone choobers, but these videos will just kill it for the rest of us who play ball I think. I also don't think its fair to stop people working, also trying to earn a crust, be it more than most of us will ever see in a lifetime. Now we have to register drones because of that Heathrow airport mystery drone a few years back and so it will go on.

Call his bluff and tell him to do one! Unless it really is a restricted flying zone.
Just checked and you’re too close to Luton Airport so flying your drone there isn’t possible without official permission. It’s got nothing to do with Elstree studios or their security.

... "its a private road" (it isn't, that is just ownership, not access), "I'll call the police"... (for what crime?)
They do tend to jump aggressively, rather than simply be polite.
It IS a private road. There is no public right of way. If he’s standing there, he’s merely trespassing, however, as he’s flying a drone, he requires the landowners permission to take off from, or land on, private property.

The Security Guards are trying to play DJE along. They know its legal but they don't like it, so they tell everyone one who tries to fly a drone that it is illegal and that they need permission. They are just trying it on.
Even rings the bell to antagonise the guards at the end, what a bell end... Definitely got bullied at school, knows a bit about his rights n uses that to justify winding people up and invading there space, one of these days these people will come unstuck and get sparked out n loose there drone
I was just about to post exactly the same . They will definitely come unstuck one day . Law of averages say so 😅
Their
Would take away the "let's get a reaction" factor if you simply flew around the set without infringing airspace etc and DIDN'T engage the security people. If they decide to approach you then it doesn't come across as deliberately goading anyone.
But it's more courteous to tell them prior. not for a "let's get a reaction" but just to show you are not trying to be a problem. but you will find in some cases like this where you do get the occasional grumpy security guard that thinks they are covered by a restricted air zone or something that will try and get the police involved but the drone guy covered his rear by doing all due diligence first to make sure that he's legal. I bet the police were not even called as they knew he had permission and the BBC doesn't own the sky above their property so they just went back in and just "licked their wounds"
Exactly i think if he got permission. He shoupdnt engage with security just do wat he came there to do and go but he is goading them not good dosent make good wacthing aw a pilot myself rather childish and embarassing to wacth
@@russjam121 if he wasn't trying to be a problem he would of stated from the Bat that he had approval to do so but he sat there arguing his point about how he can do whatever he wants, doesn't care if police get called, quite happy to waste the police time to come out to a pathetic drone call instead of dealing with actual crime..."oh i'll try and show you this" flashes some little text ONCE then refuses to show them again, then states how he only applied in the morning for approval an usually it takes days, so despite them saying yes we have the forms I don't think they said "yes we approve go ahead an fly your toy around" they were just confirming they had received his application... therefore he didn't have approval, also it would be in writing on an email that he has approval not just word of mouth about it was a "phone call"..
the "i'll still take it up" regardless of being told no, just comes across as a self entitled bratt who was never told no as a child imo

Just past the security office the road on right hand side leading to little carpark infront of the tall building (BBC offices) used to used as exterior shots for Holby City
