Why would they bring in a guy with no experience when there are hundreds of more qualified people out there? Now I know. He's the cousin of the world champion. smh I don't know why we even keep talking about AEW. It has already peaked, and it is just going to continue to get worse. They have inexperienced people running the company, inexperienced people in charge of creative, and a roster full of marks that don't understand a damn thing about the business. There is no hope. AEW will stay around until Tony gets tired of it or od's, but it is a joke and always will be.

Will Washington is a smart guy but what makes him qualified for that position to book or write for a major promotion. It is a good idea to have someone in Creative that represents black talent but I think D Von would have been good for AEW. He’s experienced and he’s worked with Heyman for years. There are a lot black wrestlers that would be better suited than Will. Most the black wrestlers haven’t had much exposure on major tv so they need someone who been in that spot for years like Dvon
