From a manufacturing standpoint it would be more difficult to make a miniaturized watch, so the fact that they sell them for the same price as a standard Gshock is actually a pretty good deal
@PaulLoatman not as difficult as you may realize I'm afraid, there are other ring watches out there far cheaper than 120 dollars. I purchased a mechanical ring watch for my mother back in 1978 and that's with tiny working parts it was cheaper than 120 dollars.
@@TheGreatSnafoo You're making an assumption since I never quantified the difficulty. It is simply common sense, that a smaller version of something made in the physical world would be more difficult to manufacture. Here, I'll make an assumption too, you have a difficult time accepting the real world.
@PaulLoatman no..im in the real world.I don't know anyone who'll be forking out 120.00 for a watch you can get similarly for far cheaper, but that's me and 90% of the rest of the planet.
@@TheGreatSnafoo Yes and then there are the Patek and Rolex ring watches, people surely won't buy those either because there are cheaper alternatives because that's why people collect watches, to get the cheapest thing available, right? You're also not making an argument against the increased cost of miniaturizing something, which was the initial point.
Casio have made non-functional watch-shaped rings even before the capsule toys. They released a sterling silver DW-5600 ring in summer 2022 followed by a gold version the following spring, and a sterling silver DW-001 in winter 2023. These were Japan exclusives.
Sam!! My heart says yes... but my wallet says no way 😂 I just got the Seiko Speedtimer for a new Daily Driver Test and i'm rather enjoying this bad boy not gonna lie! What watch are you saving up for?
120 bucks is lots of money for a mini watch.

Heck yes, this is some quality content man.
I'm a big Casio/Seiko fanboy, and love these quirky things even if I'm not buying.
I'm sticking around!
Thank you! 😁 Is just a small break from the same old same old watch reviews

Damn, now I want a Casio ring pipe 😂
What do you guys think about the new Casio Ring Watch? Is $130 too much? Would you rock this?
It is f**ing ludicrous.
That's like wearing a moon from Jupiter man. lol
It's cool but I'd have been way more impressed with a new ring pipe
They said it was a "huge hit" 😂😂😂
What I really want to know is if the ring watch is adjustable for finger size. Got slim fingers.
I think with the spacers Casio said it can go down to an 8 ring size
I would totally buy that if it's PVD coated and blacked out
As a Casio addict with 70 Casios, I don’t mind getting a ring !
Russell doesn't believe we went to the moon!
Really? What a dick
I saw somewhere that you have to send the ring to Casio to have the battery replaced.
Nooo way 🥲 that's 100% going to be a deal breaker if anyone was on the fence
Is the Casio a limited release?
Yes I believe so its only for the anniversary
Bro where the unboxing video of gshock gmw-b5000 gold colour iam waiting bro plz reply
So do you plan to grab a Casio ring watch? 🤔 I’ll pass, saving up for Microbrand.

FUCK Yes!!! 🎉😂
Imagine proposing to your Girlfriend with this ring🥰
