I Thought I Wasted $500 BUT Now This Citizen Is My New Daily Watch
As another part of Citizen's Zenshin Watch lineup; Citizen has followed it's release of the Tsuyosa with the new Citizen Foza watches. Also an integrated bracelet watch, the new Forza model is made in titanium and sports an Eco-Drive movement. I've been wearing it for quite some time and i wanted to share my thoughts in this watch review. Does it pass the Daily Driver Test? Is this affordable and quality at the same time?

Timex Q GMT: Still a Steal in 2024? 2-Year Ownership Review (Affordable GMT Watch)
I love both watches. And regardless which one you choose, Citizen still wins as it also owns Bulova.
I have the blue one.... super light weight, comfortable and easy to use.... Love mine..
watch looks like the seiko snxs77 meets iwc ingenieur
Love the Business Casual Fit
A great review overall, your relaxed style and presentation are excellent. I was particularly impressed by your graphic on bevel vs chamfer, terms that are frequently used by other watch reviews who don't understand the difference! Some aspect that I would appricate you covering in the future would be a little more detail on the clasp - does it have micro adjust and if so how much? How is the finishing, is there branding on it or is it sterile? Also when giving a score to a quartz movement, it's ability to hit the markers is worth mentioning.
Outstanding video.I have to go with the MAMACOO, especially with that green dial as my favorite
One of the best watch channels on RUclips,I am a watch collector,.. bought mine on MAMACOO
Just an amazing looking watch! A little advice. When you do the lug to lug measurement, if a watch has male endlinks do it from endlink to endlink. That is the true lug to lug as the endlinks stick out further than the case. Also I always find it helpful to also get the dimensions of the dial opening. That helps to see how big it will wear. Great video
Great review....I subscribed
I’ve been looking for a small seconds watch. I’ve had my eye on Nomos and Longines but I figure I’d give this a shot to see if a small seconds is for me. I just can’t decide on the blue or green version.
Timex in their EverQuest for affordability are offering a watch at an attractive price point but showing clear cost saving measures, I am afraid the titanium cases are going to be as blotchy as the ones with the Expedition North Titanium from years back.
It doesn’t look like a Yema, it looks like any other watch these days. They are all the same
Why is the anti-scratch surface -1 point if it's good?
I also like AMZWATCH replicas. People who don’t wear them like professionals can’t tell the difference. Their workmanship is really great luxuriatey
Love the watch & dial ❤ Great video, I am saving to buy this.

I absolutely love the Bulova! Although the Citizen's dial is more striking. I just bought a gold Bulova, (due to be delivered in the next day or so), which I fell in love with when seeing a random ad for it the other day! I adore the thick taper on the bracelet that the Bulova has. I am not a fan of the big lugs on the 4 corners of watches like the Citizen, wheras the Bulover's lugs are smaller in comparison. Though I do like the thicker presidential style bracelet of the citizen. However, overall, the Bulova WINS!
It's really such a tough call! They're both really great value for money, but I got to say the bulovas movement is amazing, especially if it's something that you're going to be wearing to the office Monday through Friday. And if you want my opinion, the bracelet thickness is really good on the Bulova, not really sure if a thicker presidential style bracelet would really suit the watch ⌚ I hope you enjoy your new watch!!
which one you prefer most this model or super titanium automatic model?... and i have a 6 inch wrist so which will be better for my wrist?
I really think that the super titanium model is just more practical, but it's definitely not as good looking. Both are going to wear a little on the larger side for a 6-in wrist, so I'd go with the one that you like the best 😁
@@WatchReviewRewind Ok thank you so much for advice, I think I like titanium version more, so I will pick that one😊, hope that's a good decision for me.
4:22 👋🏻🙂
wish it came with a grey or black version.
No radio control? Wtf, Citizen!
love that review! just the watch i was looking for +! amazing quality of content - thanks for the effort and please keep going, you absolutely know how to make a great video!
Thank you so much 🙏 I'm just glad that it helped!
i just bougth this watch 2 days ago.. and perfect for my small wrist
Higher frequency in a crystal doesn't directly mean more precise timekeeping. It basically comes down to how stable an oscillation can you achieve, which doesn't automatically go with frequency. Crystals of much higher than 262 kHz are available and that doesn't mean they are more stable. It's just that Bulova decided to build around a 262kHz crystal, which also let them likely build a smoother sweep. They sourced a high grade crystal and temperature compensate. Seiko does it with a 32kHz temperature compensated crystal in their 9F series high accuracy quartz movements - that one does not sweep, making up for it with a really precise (nonwiggly deadbeat) second.
Just buy both.
Titanium finishing is better than Oceanus S100 ????
Bro you review quality is so good. You deserve more subs 🎉
Thank you so much 😃
They should make a nodate version.
Well produced
What about PRX meets Yema Urban Traveller?
Hate that fluted bezel on the Bulova; great watch but that’s kind of a dealbreaker for me. Wish the Citizen came in 36 or 37mm.

If you think this bracelet feels cheap, then I'd like to see your reaction to a 80s/90s Rolex bracelet. The only thing that brings it down in my opionion are the sharp edges.
AMZWATCH watches are great and affordable!
I have the mechanical one. I think this watch is near perfect. The only drawback is about the accuracy of the mechanical movement. Quartz is probably a better option. Aside from this it is a great value, great finishing on every aspects
Citizen has been on a roll lately honestly 🔥 one good thing about the miyota is that they're extremely robust and pretty reliable
I would remove the second hand. That will be perfect dial. I did it for my prx 40 full lume
Citizen any damn day. Dial compared to tissot? tissot dial looks like a tissue paper to wipe that dispossable thrash powermatic calibre with a pallet fork and escape wheel made of plastic. it is the most cheapest swiss movement not even close to miyota. For bulova.. you cant compare quartz to automatic. for the design it looks classy... way tooo old classy.
100% re the Bulova…
Great video man! Waiting for that Bulova daily driver test hehe
Hope they make 37mm version. Thank you.
FORZA and ZENSHIN provides comfort when wearing it, like it wasn't even there
Excellent review of a nice watch. Love the dial texture (almost GS-like). As you spotlight, it's a watch you can wear in virtually any situation. I don't consider poor lume a big deal on a non-diver.
Very good video. Though clearly a fine watch, it is not the one for me. I want titanium to look like titanium. And, erm, the second hand is a miss, not a hit. 😊
What's your wrist size. I was planning on buying the citizen forza crono but that case size is 42.5mm (your watch is 39.5) and my wrist size is a bit more then 6.8 inches i really like the crono function and how it looks do you think the size will be a problem or will it be fine?
Suprised the second hand misses the markers. Lume is a dealbreaker. Thanks
Its not available in Indonesia before END of October. Like the look of the watch as well the Ecodrve its convenient and very good in time keping.
this is a really good video!
Nice watch but too bad he doesn’t know how to pronounce Bulova
If you already owned a watch, you wasted $500
Why? Could you explain? I will go to watch store today, and i wondered.
@@ErenMutlu9889 i think he's implying you only need one watch
@@beerkegaard Thank you, i understand right now. Forza chrono vs this plain version. Which one are you recommend?
to some people, $500 doesn't mean much.
@@RandomPadestrian nearly 2/5 of my monthly salary. So i need to choose the best one for this price... Chrono version also seems good, but my wrist size 16 cm.
After my Oceanus I got years ago - no more integrated bracelets gor me. At least the PRX has OEM & others rubber straps, movement & size choice - still not buying. CW has titanium ( for more £$€!), but I've got a C63 36mm. Citizen have improved their designs ( their weakest link) immensely- my dad's eco drive still going after 20+ years. I was going for the Fujitsubo but the size , no drilled lugs(!) & the black not having the bracelet deterred me, so I got the BM8180-62E instead ( not perfect the design & price are winners plus day / date is needed for holidays..).
That's what initially kept me from going for the Oceanus, but I'm still considering it! How do you like it? Great choice on the BM8180 btw I love how elegant it is and for the price it's a no brainer
@@WatchReviewRewind I own the OCW-S100 and consider it to be my perfect daily watch. True, the bracelet is integrated* (suspect you can easily cut the middle portion of a strap and replace it... it even has drilled lugs), but I would not replace it anyway as it is the most comfortable bracelet/strap I've ever had on a watch. You get 2 micro-adjustments on the clasp and half-links to size it just right. I am crazy about the looks of the watch and the movement requires no attention at all once you set it up if you live in an area that receives atomic signal. Finishing is better than the titanium Citizen it replaced, but it is something you can see only if you really look for it. Seconds hand hits each and every marker bang on.
I think i might have to try one out... for research purposes of course haha *cough cough*
Thank you for this video man I’ve been searching all over for a detailed review and you knocked it out of the park!
Thank you 🙏 the details are the best part! Especially when you're shopping around, you want as many close ups and visuals! Glad that I could help
