Charges submitted against former CNA accused of sexual assult

Goodyear Police submitted charges against the former Palm Valley Post Acute employee accused of raping and impregnating a patient.
The charges come not long after FOX 10 Investigates dug into the case of Bobby Lee Williams being accused of sexually assaulting a former patient several times while he was a CNA. Back in January, Williams voluntarily surrendered his certified nursing assistant license which he had just received last June.
Just days before the state’s board of nursing was notified of the allegations, Arizona DHS conducted a week-long investigation into the alleged sexual abuse at Palm Valley Post Acute.

This happened to a woman in a coma. Similar situation. They identified him based on dna, her family has custody of the child. He's in jail for life. I hope this monster gets the same.

I believe they got this guy by DNA also, she wasn’t in a coma but had some pretty serious issues and needed assistance walking etc from my understanding. He initially denied it

Unfortunately, Nathan Sutherland did NOT get life. 😢 The scumbag accepted a plea deal of 10 yrs. 😮He should be under the jail along with this guy Bobby Williams.

Public info release says 02/22 Goodyear submitted charges it’s now 04/16 and no arrests. Where’s our real priorities??
