Hi, if I was to make my pattern slightly longer would I do it from the notches marked on the bodice please? I'm only 5ft 3 inches, just wondering what height this pattern was drafted for please?

Vinyl in this is for a designer raincoat.. most are made with taslan and taffeta lining material
