One suggestion, rain water and sea sprays are not only came through top hatch it can come inside the lifeboat through the hole given near the top hatch for life boat quick releasing line. Fabricate some cork like thing to make the hole smaller only for the wire to pass through to restrict unnecessary ingress of water.
The air bottle are filled by same compressor which is used for ScBa bottle filling.For this we have long hose around 20 m or more which we will use to connect from compressor to lifeboat
I haven’t seen any such requirement of 3 bottles . The idea is that air should be supplied in such a way that a positive pressure can be maintained in lifeboat for around 10 mins
